Carol singers: Canta della Stella
Procession with performers and Christmas carols
From the East comes the procession of the Three Wise Men, led by a large shining star and accompanied by shepherds, performers, and animals. They visit the scenes of the majestic life-size nativity (expertly set up under the arcades and in the entrance halls of the village) and worship the Baby Jesus while singing the Christmas carols of times past.
As one of the most evocative events in the region, the Canta della Stella is a special popular tradition from Trentino, performed every year in Faedo.
