One of the most important events in Valchiavenna is back to celebrate the typical Brisaola and its producers.

On Sunday 2 October in Chiavenna will be held the Dì de la Brisaola.

An appointment that year after year has conquered its own space and a lot of attention from the public, which appreciates the proposal: the focus is on the typical cured meat of the fourteenth century and on the producers, who today, as in the past, retain their Tradition. The selection of the best meats, the skill of the master craftsmen and the care in seasoning make Brisaola a unique and exquisite quality salami.

The city, already awarded the titles of "Slow City" and "Orange Flag of the Italian Touring Club", offers the public an original journey to discover the product born in Chiavenna.

You can taste the salami in the streets of the center, in the most suggestive and characteristic corners of the town, set up by local producers.
