The webcam shows the top station of the Baradello-Piana Galli chairlift, which connects the village of Aprica with the Superpanoramica of Baradello, the longest illuminated blue slope in Europe and is ideal for lovers of night skiing. The ski slope, visible in the image, is over 5.8 kilometers long and descends from the Piana dei Galli which is at 1,972 meters above sea level, to Baradello di San Pietro, offering a splendid view over the entire Bassa Valtellina / Veltlin up to Sondrio. To the left of the image is the Baradello Refuge "dal Brusca", an alpine refreshment stop, which is managed according to mountain traditions. This webcam is perfect for discovering the weather and snow conditions in both the ski and hiking area of Aprica, in Lombardy.
