The Apartments Almiva are situated in a quiet and sunny position, only a few minutes on foot from the historical center of Castelrotto. The house is an ideal starting point for comfortable walks or excursions.
The apartments are well equipped rustic style and have a spacious southern balcony or terrace, a separate living room with tiled stove and sofa-bed for 2 people, a double bedroom and a large comfort shower. Every apartment is fully equipped with Sat-TV, ISDN line, telephone, safe, hairdryer, dishwasher, towels and bed-linen.
The house has a garage and an elevator too.
A bus stops only 50 m from the house and will take you directly to the valley station of the panoramic cableway Siusi-Alpe di Siusi.

Excellent location

We stayed in a 50m2 apartment, very pleasant, clean, with all the comforts, in an excellent location, convenient for easy access to places for excursions, walks, and skiing.

Excellent apartments for ski holidays in Castelrotto

We stayed in mid-February. We loved the apartment: it's tastefully furnished in South Tyrolean style, all in wood, with a lovely, spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a lovely, large shower, and an equally spacious bedroom. The apartment is located on the edge of town, but only a 3-minute walk from the nearest supermarket and 5 minutes from the town center, making it extremely convenient. The bus that takes you directly to the Alpe di Siusi cable car and from there to the ski slopes stops right next to the apartment. The owner, Mrs. Ulrike, was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. We really appreciated the covered garage and heated ski boot storage.

In Castelrotto and Alpe di Siusi for the first time

We stayed for a week in July 2022. The ground-floor apartment was beautiful, with a garden, deckchairs, umbrella, and outdoor table. It had a great view (the sun shines on the house in the evening) and a view of the Sciliar mountain. The location is on the edge of town, yet just minutes from supermarkets and the town center. The area is quiet, with little traffic, and is well served by public transportation, which can be used with the free Mobilcard (the car remained in the garage for the entire stay). The owner, Mrs. Ulrike, is very kind, attentive and helpful. It was a pleasure meeting her and talking to her (her dogs are very sweet!) The beautiful town of Castelrotto (a visit to the town with the local tourist board is also recommended) goes without saying that the Alpe di Siusi is enchanting. We had a truly enjoyable and restorative week. Thank you, Ulrike!

July 2021 Vacation

We stayed at Almiva in July 2021. Beautiful apartment, equipped with all comforts. We had a ground-floor apartment with a beautiful garden, deckchairs, sun loungers, umbrella, sofa, and table for dining outside. Ideal location just outside the center but 2 minutes walk from the supermarket and 5 minutes walk from the center. The owner Ulrike is a very kind, attentive and always available person. We will definitely return to Ulrike for other holidays on the Alpe di Siusi.

Strategic apartment

The apartment is on the edge of town, but a five-minute walk from the center, so it's quiet but not out of the way. The dishwasher and washing machine were very useful. The bus stop is two minutes from the front door, and there's garage parking with an elevator up to the apartment.

Excellent apartment

The owner gave us a warm welcome, even giving us a Christmas present. This is our second stay at the property, which is just a 10-minute walk from the historic center. The bus to Alpe di Siusi stops right outside the door; our car was left in the garage the whole time. I tell everyone that it feels like we're the first guests in the apartment, because everything is clean and tidy. It's ideal for two people, and pets are welcome.
