The Albergo Centrale has a restaurant, dedicated both to hotel guests and the public, equipped for lunches and dinners with traditional dishes. Our guests rave about our wild boar and venison with polenta, as well as our chopping boards, national and international wines.

The Villa Ciardi restaurant arose from the summer villa of the painter Guglielmo Ciardi who loved to paint and meet up here. Here you will find a very attentive and refined restaurant that offers refined dishes using local raw materials.

The restaurant of the Locanda Fermata Alpi Graie is an intimate and cosy place, ideal for a romantic dinner, for celebrations and for lunch and dinner throughout the year. In summer, the garden is furnished with colourful tables and chairs for lunch and dinner in the green.

Nature sets the scene in the 1,450 m Almgasthof Alpine restaurant Taser Alm too. Authentic, natural, locally-sourced and from the farm of the restaurant whenever possible.

The Brunnerhof restaurant is situated in Rasun in Valle di Anterselva and is known for its authentic South Tyrolean cuisine and Italian specialities, for which the host and chef Christina Brunner is personally responsible.

The Restaurant Schönberg loves it homemade. In the restaurant you will find Tyrolean cuisine, combined in a special way with the "Bella-Italia-Style". Excellent pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven or Alpine-Mediterranean delicacies.

The restaurant Gallo Forcello.1530 is one of the most famous local venues in this mountain region, a meeting place for all people who are enthusiastic about Italian cuisine. Over the years the restaurant have specialised in a variety of noodles.
