Farms and wine producers in the Italian Alps

At the Gottardi Lara farm you can find horses, ponies, cows, pigs, chickens, dogs...and other animals. The services offered are: lessons and horse and/or pony rides, purchasing products such as cheeses, yogurt, butter, cured meats...all at zero km.

Give a soul to the wine, make it unique, unrepeatable and intimately linked to its territory, this is the philosophy of the Togn sisters and of Maso Poli, a place where life takes place with its own rhythms.

It is an organic farm that cultivates medicinal plants and produces teas and tisanes, cosmetics and natural syrups, both made from extracts of the own medicinal plants. The plants are grown without chemical substances and harvested almost exclusively by hand.

From the cultivation of small organic fruits (black, red and white currants, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, plums and ramassine, typical plums from Val di Susa), Alpes d’OC produces fruit compotes, fruit juices and pulp and cassis liqueur.

More than ever, sustainable thinking and acting determine everyday life at the farm. Hospitality and agriculture coexist together: the production of wine from the own cultivation plays a very central role. Winegrower and farmer Andreas Jaider has dedicated himself to the farm.

The wines from our vineyard in Kaltern are not only available on site in the hotel, at wine tastings with junior chef Arthur, but also at the "Weinschmiede", our wine store in the centre of Kaltern in South Tyrol. Visit us!
