It is an organic farm that cultivates medicinal plants and produces teas and tisanes, cosmetics and natural syrups, both made from extracts of the own medicinal plants. The plants are grown without chemical substances and harvested almost exclusively by hand.
From the cultivation of small organic fruits (black, red and white currants, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, plums and ramassine, typical plums from Val di Susa), Alpes d’OC produces fruit compotes, fruit juices and pulp and cassis liqueur.
