The Grattweberhof is located near the village center in the municipality of Völs am Schlern, at an elevation of approx. 950 m. The village is located on a high plateau below the Sciliar and is only about 30 minutes’ drive from Bolzano.
The farmhouse has three apartments. The apartment Schlern is located in the residential building (1st floor), while the Schloss Prösels apartment and the Tschafon apartment can be found on the ground and first floors of the old farmhouse respectively. Each apartment has a bathroom, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a balcony. Facilities include satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a fridge, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a hairdryer, a safe, bed linen and towels. In addition, each apartment has a parking space and guests are welcome to bring their pets on holiday (small surcharge).
Guests can buy fruit spreads, eggs as well as vegetables and fresh herbs from the farm garden.
Various leisure activities are available to young and old, including a swing, a sandbox, table football, table tennis and in summer a swimming pool of 3x4x1 meters is set up on the lawn behind the house. The Spitaler family will be happy to provide you with a barbecue, with which you can make wonderful grilled specialities.
In addition to the Spitaler family, calves, chickens, ducks, pigs, cats and the family dog Sanny live on the farm.
