The house is located on the outskirts of Siusi (5 minutes), close to the valley station of the Alpe di Siusi panoramic cable car. The house offers a relaxing and cosy atmosphere.

The flat on the first floor has two double rooms, two bathrooms and a day toilet as well as a kitchen with dishwasher, a living room, a terrace and a car park.

The flat on the second floor (attic) has a large and a smaller double room, a bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, a living room, a south-facing balcony and a car park.
There is a storage room for sports equipment in the cellar.
Spend your holidays here in the mountains, in the middle of nature and surrounded by a wonderful landscape.

Beautiful accommodation

We thank Mrs. Annelies Fulterer for her warm welcome and for meeting our every need. The apartment met our expectations and allowed us, as two families, to have our own space. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities and services. It's conveniently located for accessing the center of Siusi and the cable car. We found the quality/price ratio to be fair. The plateau offers many opportunities for walks and hikes suitable for all ages. Breathtaking scenery. An experience we'd love to repeat.

Beautiful apartment

Large and spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need. The three bathrooms were very useful, considering there were six of us. The owners were very kind and helpful. The location was excellent, just steps from the cable car. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable apartment very close to the cable car

The house is truly convenient, just minutes from the cable car to Alpe di Siusi and a few minutes from the town center. The owner is a very kind and always available woman. Our apartment, on the first floor, is large, welcoming, and clean. I recommend it especially for families.

Thanks for your hospitality

We had a great time in this apartment. The website description perfectly sums it up. It's in a very convenient location, and we did all the excursions without ever using a car. We really appreciated and used the public transportation card. The apartment is large and spacious, well-organized, and has everything you need. The terrace is beautiful and the view is fantastic. The owner was always available to answer our questions. Thank you for your hospitality.

The house is conveniently located in the center of Siusi, and the Alpe di Siusi cable car is just a 2-minute walk away. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, and the owner is very helpful.

Comfortable apartment close to the village and the cable car

We stayed there for just five days this winter, and we loved the apartment; it was large, welcoming, and clean. The hostess also provided us with valuable information about transportation and other small necessities. I definitely recommend it.

Comfortable, central and panoramic

We shared the first-floor apartment with four adults, which, with a third bedroom, could easily accommodate one or two children or teenagers. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath, and a small utility room. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, and the furnishings are pleasant and functional. The hallway also leads to a kitchen-dining area and a living room with sofas and a TV. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a beautiful induction stovetop and even a drip coffee maker. The best part is that it opens onto a beautiful wooden loggia with a spectacular view of the looming walls of the Santner Peak. The house is, in fact, just a short distance from the cable car valley station, an undeniable advantage. It's located on a quiet pedestrian street, yet close to the town center. All this makes it a perfect choice for a vacation in Siusi and for sports on the Alps.
