Haus Pötzes boasts an excellent location. Kastelruth and St. Ulrich are easily accessible, yet the tranquility of its secluded setting remains undisturbed. The private lawn provides the perfect setting for relaxation. The apartment was superbly furnished, spotlessly clean, and offered every comfort imaginable! The highlight, however, is the Karbon family (Haus Pötzes) themselves. It's rare to meet people who are so instantly likeable. You immediately feel welcome and warmly received. We're already looking forward to seeing them again. We will certainly be back! Best regards

Relaxing days

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and the hosts were very kind and friendly. We particularly liked Mr. Karbon Senior; he was easy to talk to and always happy to answer any questions. Maybe we'll see each other again sometime. We wish you all the best.

Relaxing stay

Very pleasant holiday apartment

My brother and I felt very comfortable in the *Enzian* apartment. Everything It was very clean and comfortably furnished. The Karbon family is a perfect host. Hosts. We also used the bread roll delivery service. This way we can We highly recommend this house in this beautiful setting! Perhaps there will be a reunion. Highly recommended - winter 2019

Very nice place and very friendly people. Apartments equipped with everything that you may need on your holidays, including board games for every family. Skibus 20m from the house, Siusi about 10 minutes’ drive. Perfect location for ski holidays.

Winter 2018

Our family spent a wonderful time in St. Michael in House Pötzes. We noted an excellent location, very cozy and warm apartments. Family Karbon were friendly, hospitable. At any moment they could be contacted for advice. We enjoyed our stay in House Pötzes.

We had a great time

The house is located along the road between Castelrotto and Ortisei, just before the center of San Michele. The location and view are excellent. The bus stop is just steps away. Excellent welcome upon arrival and care throughout the stay. I really appreciated Mrs. Karbon's thoughtful approach to my wife's birthday and her availability for New Year's Eve with friends. Very large and very clean apartment.

A paradise!

The apartment is comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The view from the house is fantastic, and the girls loved the garden with its playground. It's a large, well-kept, and, most importantly, safe lawn, allowing us parents to relax as well. The owners were very kind and hospitable. We felt at home—even better than home. We recommend it to anyone who loves the tranquility and atmosphere of the mountains.
