Very nice apartment in a good location

We spent a wonderful week in the spotlessly clean Sonnleiten apartment. The apartment is very cozy and the kitchen is superbly equipped: dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker – everything you could need. There were also spices, oil, vinegar, paper towels, baking paper, and cling film. There were four of us, so the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect. A small garden with a furnished terrace completes the package. It's a five-minute walk to the bakery, butcher, etc., and 15 minutes to the cable car. The hostess is very approachable and extremely friendly. We can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment, especially since there's also an underground parking garage and an elevator, which made getting the stroller upstairs much easier.

Great apartment with excellent value for money.

We spent Carnival week at Villa Erna and felt very comfortable from the start. The path there initially seemed a bit narrow, but we greatly appreciated the garage provided. Ms. Karbon greeted us as if we had been her guests for years and bid us farewell just as warmly. The apartment is in excellent condition. The recently renovated kitchen, with its exceptionally good equipment, including an oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, deserves special mention. The beautiful terrace is perfect for relaxing. Our personal highlight, however, was the direct view of the Schlern mountain, which can be enjoyed from every window in the apartment. We would love to come back again!

Tranquility and relaxation

The house is modern and comfortable; the spaces are well-organized, and the kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. Our only complaint concerns the comfort of the bed, or rather the pillows, which we found to be a bit uncomfortable. Another strong point is the location: both the town center and the cable car to the Alpe di Siusi ski slopes are just a few minutes' walk away.

Comfortable and well-equipped apartments

The apartments are a 5-minute walk from the center and 15 minutes from the cable car. They are spacious and well-equipped; they lack nothing, including a large garage. Mrs. Karbon is very kind and friendly; this is our second year here and we'll be back next year.

Perfect apartment in a fantastic location

We stayed in the Euringer apartment with our dog! This was our second stay in this beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. Everything is well thought out, and you feel completely at home. The kitchen is especially well-equipped, and you can easily prepare delicious, fresh, local ingredients! All shopping facilities are within walking distance: supermarket, bakery, butcher! You can also start hikes from the apartment, and we recommend using the free bus service. We will definitely stay with the very friendly landlady, Erna, again!

Seventh time staying in the Santner holiday apartment – that says it all!

This year, for the seventh time, we spent our vacation in the beautiful Santner apartment. This time we enjoyed four weeks here. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, modernly furnished, clean, and cozy. You can feel right at home. The view of the Schlern mountain from the large terrace is magnificent. The cable car and the village are just a few minutes' walk away. The car is safely parked in the adjoining garage. Bringing our dog is no problem, and our Cocker Spaniel felt just as welcome as we did. The friendly, family-like manner of our landlady also contributes to this. Thank you, dear Erna, you are a gem, and we would love to come back! Our daughter and her husband also stayed in the adjacent Euringer apartment for the second time and were equally delighted and felt very comfortable.

Well-equipped apartment, with all comforts

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Villa Erna. Mrs. Erna was extremely kind and welcomed us warmly. The apartment is very well equipped, with every comfort: a fully equipped kitchen, a garden with a barbecue perfect for outdoor dining, spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, and a convenient garage parking space. Furthermore, pets are welcome, which was a great plus for us. We would definitely return!

Very clean apartment equipped with every comfort

The owner, Mrs. Erna, is extremely kind, and we found the apartment spotless and equipped with every comfort. Having a garage is great, especially since the area is well served by bus. I highly recommend it for a stay in Siusi.

Siusi stay

We were very pleased with the spacious, clean, and fully equipped apartment, complete with a small outdoor garden. The covered parking space was convenient. Always beautiful and relaxing

For the ninth time, we were guests at Villa Erna. As always, Erna gave us a very warm welcome and looked after us beautifully. Staying in the modernly furnished Santner apartment, with its lovely view of the Santner peak from the terrace, we felt right at home. The central location, with easy access to shops, the bus stop, and the cable car, also means you can quickly get out into nature. We're already looking forward to our tenth visit to Erna's, no matter the season – it's always a wonderful and relaxing experience.

Perfect strategic location close to supermarkets and the cable car to Compatsch

A very satisfying stay. Mrs. Erna Karbon was helpful and welcoming. Excellent location close to amenities and the cable car, in a quiet area ideal for relaxation. Impeccably clean apartment with fully furnished furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. Functional and well-organized spaces. Pleasant walking trails nearby. Like at home and inside a painting

The apartment is even more beautiful than it appears in the photos. Attention to detail. Nothing is missing. We immediately felt at home, yet cool and with a spectacular view. The kitchen and bedroom are comfortable. The spacious bedroom offers a view even while lying comfortably in bed. Plenty of storage space. The owner is kind and available for any eventuality. A very convenient covered garage is located outside the apartment.

Wonderful holiday apartment with a view of the Schlern mountain

We had a wonderful week in the Santner apartment at Villa Erna. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need: a great eat-in kitchen, a very nice and modern bathroom, a quiet and comfortable bedroom, and a large terrace with a view of the Schlern mountain. The apartment was very well-maintained and clean. It has a fantastic location, as shops, bakeries, cafes, and hiking trails are all within walking distance. Our host, Mrs. Karbon, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back again.

Great holiday apartment for a family ski holiday

For many years, we've enjoyed our ski holidays in the apartments at "Villa Erna." The apartments are always very clean, stylish, and practically furnished. The view of the Schlern mountain is fantastic, and the location in Seis is central, with easy access to the cable car and supermarket. Each apartment has its own underground parking space. What's particularly special is the warm and welcoming relationship with the owner, who always makes us feel like we're part of the family. We're already looking forward to our next ski holiday. We wholeheartedly recommend these apartments.
