Two-room apartment (with 1 bedroom) beautifully wrapped in a historic house, equipped with everything you need: room with double and single bed, in which we can add a cot on request, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toilet paper. In our beautiful and complete kitchen you will find everything you need: toaster, electric kettle, oven, dishwasher with detergent, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
The wifi is free to use and 1 km away you can find the self-service washer-dryer for your clothes.
The location of the apartment is directly on the street, therefore very convenient especially for elderly people or families with prams/strollers. We are also close to the various services/bars/clubs, the ski slopes, the Lavarone lake for swimming and beaches. The path that leads to the beautiful Drago Vaia starts a few steps from the house.
Public parking is located near the apartment.
Lavarone is a destination suitable for families, with trekking routes, parks, clean air and many outdoor activities, as well as visits of historical value such as for example to Forte Belvedere.
We are about 40 minutes from the cities of Trento and Rovereto for cultural visits and 30 minutes from the lakes of Levico and Caldonazzo.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and parties are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
