The accommodation facility is an old, renovated stone house in the municipality of Altopiano della Vigolana, set in a road and hiking ring suitable for walking, horse riding and mountain biking. The ring is called "the 60 km of Vigolana" and is located 790 meters above sea level. The house is situated in the historic downtown of a village called "Maso Girardi", which is surrounded by flowering meadows and lush coniferous forests; ideal for easy walks or with gentle slopes. The house is not equipped with a private garden, but only with private parking. The place is particularly quiet, and the traffic is limited, as the road is closed until the next property, allowing children to still play on the street.
The house consists of two apartments that are rented only during the summer season and are located on the same floor. However, these are completely independent, since the respective entrances are located on both house sides.
Only 5 km from the shores of Caldonazzo, where swimming and water sports, free beaches or paid beaches can be used.
The house is also 18 km far from the capital of the province of Trento.
