The house is located in Nocchi di Folgaria, a small settlement dominated by the beautiful and spacious valley of Costa, where numerous field can be found. The property is set in a green and quiet area in the village of Nocchi, which is 1 km far from Costa and 4 km far from Trento. The property is also an ideal starting point for numerous hikes with winter shoes in winter or ski boots in summer.
The golf course is 200 metres away. At the same distance is situated the Maso Spilzi, a historical institution where numerous museum exhibitions can be found in the summer. The slopes are 800 metres away.
