The Tyrolean-style apartment is very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area with barbecue. Mrs. Paola is kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Pleasant week

We spent a pleasant week in this beautiful little house. The location is excellent, just outside the town center. The house is new and well-equipped with everything you need. The outdoor spaces, complete with a barbecue and table, are also lovely. The owner left a bottle of wine chilled for us upon arrival. Small details that make a difference. Thank you!

The perfect holiday home

I found the house very welcoming, with perfect mountain style. A little slice of paradise for a family vacation, including teenagers. The apartment, practically new and very clean, is equipped with every comfort. The two terraces, with double exposure, allow you to enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. Very quiet and peaceful place. Just a 10-minute walk from the center, it's an excellent base for all the activities Folgaria has to offer, from skiing to hiking, golf, skating, biking, and more! If I could have, I would have stayed the whole month! Very helpful hosts. Thank you.

Perfect apartment for location and families

It was our first experience in Folgaria, but it was just another apartment vacation in the last four years, so it's easy to make comparisons. I've never found what we found here in any other home. Clean, well-organized spaces, clean and fantastically high-quality linens. I stayed at the end of August taking grandparents and children on a mini vacation, in the end there were 6 of us (when my husband joined us) but I never had the feeling of being crowded. As for the kitchen, being a passionate cook, I don't think I've ever found another apartment so well-equipped: you'll even find a hand blender! The location was perfect for me, not far from two wonderful parks, and a 5-minute walk (quick with two small children) to the center. Highly recommended.

A beautiful attic

I stayed in this gorgeous attic apartment for a week with my wife and three-year-old son. The apartment is even more beautiful in person than in the photos: the attic living area is very welcoming and, above all, very livable. The large kitchen is fully equipped: a dishwasher (essential for vacation), a spacious refrigerator, a mini-oven, and all kinds of dishes (even pegs for sealing biscuits). The bedrooms are beautiful, and we slept like royalty in the cool Folgaria air. The bathroom is very spacious, especially the shower, and it even has a washing machine! The second bedroom and bathroom are brightened by motorized, very conveniently operated awning windows. Paola made sure we found everything we needed: super soft sheets, gorgeous towels, a drying rack and iron for my wife's extra-sanitizing moments, impeccable cleanliness throughout the house, and a delicious bottle of white wine in the fridge that we enjoyed on the beautiful balcony. The apartment is like new, tastefully furnished and very well laid out (I'm an architect, and it's rare for me to find well-designed rental apartments). All the finishes are meticulously maintained, and it features two wonderful balconies: a small one with a table and chairs, where I regretted giving up smoking, because the evenings before and after dinner were such a pleasure to relax with the beautiful view. The second balcony, which opens onto the kitchen and master bedroom, is large and very comfortable. Finally, the exclusive parking and the garden with barbecue were the icing on the cake. The apartment is also very close to the center and the playground (which is wonderful for children). Last but not least, the neighbors who own the other apartments are very kind and discreet. All in all, we had a wonderful time and hope to return soon to Paola, who was a host of exceptional kindness and hospitality. Keep up the good work, and see you next time!
