Fantastic apartment, meticulously maintained and equipped with every comfort. Close to the ski lifts and shops. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful; it's hard to find a more welcoming place like this. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation in a great location

As a family we had a wonderful vacation! The host Mauro is very friendly, making the difference right from the start. The apartment is newly refurbished modern interior, blending in the style of the region; it has well sized living room with open kitchen, perfect for 4 people - convenient sitting corner with look-out (meals, games) -, comfortable sofa, two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds (no soft mattresses!) and modern bathroom with walking shower. The location is convenient, 100 meters (3 minutes by foot) to the base station of the skiing area. The access is direct to the skiing area of La Crusc for nice morning or afternoon skiing. The connector lift to the base station of La Villa gives you direct access to the larger Alta Badia skiing area, Sella Ronda an Marmolada. Furthermore, the bus stop is right in front of the house: my 80 year old mother in law could conveniently travel by train with stop-over in Lorenzen. The well stocked SPAR supermarket, with all Italian delicacies, could be easily reached on foot. Thank you for the great vacation!

Amazing stay

We absolutely loved this appartment. It is beautifully furnished with high standard fixtures and fittings. Spotlessly clean throughout with great amenities. Stunning views of the mountains from both bedrooms, each with a balcony. The appartment is conveniently located for shops, restaurants and the ski slopes. Communication was easy and quick. Thank you so much to Mauro for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Absolutely worth trying

We just returned from a week's vacation in this wonderful apartment. Upon arrival, we met the owners, who were wonderful people, both during our stay and when we said goodbye. The apartment is truly exceptional! Tastefully renovated, it features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining table offering a stunning view of the Gran Risa. The bedrooms are large, spacious, and quiet, with plenty of closet space, and the one at the back has a breathtaking view of the beautiful Dolomites. Parking space in front of the apartment or in the parking lot very close to the house. Ski slopes are just a short walk from the house: just cross the road and you're on Gardenaccia. What can I say, we will definitely be back and I recommend everyone to try it!

Cozy apartment in La Villa

A welcoming apartment in La Villa, recently renovated with taste and equipped with all comforts. The rear view offers breathtaking views, and from the dining room window you can admire the Gran Risa. The apartment is 100 meters from the Gardenaccia ski lift. The Crepaz family is incredibly kind and attentive. We can't wait to return.

One word: FABULOUS!!!

Excellent apartment, very clean, warm, and welcoming, recently renovated, equipped with every comfort and perfect for a family of four (we have two children, but the kids' room is also perfect for two adults). The spaces are spacious and well-organized; it is custom-furnished with taste and attention to detail. The two terraces overlook the mountains, and the windows are perfectly insulated. The living room window offers a stunning view of the GranRisa. The room temperatures can be adjusted perfectly to suit your needs, and the bathroom even has underfloor heating. The kitchen is comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The appliances are new and functional (induction hob, microwave, dishwasher). Fast, dedicated ADSL internet access is available and fully functional. On the landing, there is a lockable ski rack (for four), and a well-heated entrance area separate from the living room allows you to leave your boots and ski equipment without having to carry them into the apartment. A central vacuum cleaner and everything else you need for cleaning are also provided. The family management makes your stay particularly pleasant, it feels like home! The owners and neighbors are friendly, very helpful, yet discreet. Free parking is available in front of the house, or the family offers a free parking permit in the paid parking lot behind the house. The location is convenient for everything: ski rental, ski shuttle, shops, and restaurants. Close to the Gardenazza chairlift, which has recently been connected to all other facilities. We had such a great time that we immediately confirmed our stay for next year.
