The house is located on the main road in the village centre of La Villa in Alta Badia. Ski lifts and hiking trails are within walking distance. Supermarkets, several ski rentals, various bars, restaurants and the bus stop are within easy reach as well.
La Villa is an excellent starting point to explore the natural parks of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Plenty of activities are waiting for you: hiking along the well-indicated hiking paths, cycling along the numerous forest paths, skiing on the hundreds of kilometres of slopes of the Dolomiti Superski or Alta Badia ski area, taking part in the numerous events of the tourist office or simply relaxing in front of an incredible panorama.
The house has a beautiful view of the mountain massif of Sasso della Croce and Piz Lavarella, as well as of Gardenaccia and the legendary Gran Risa, the ski slope of the Alpine Skiing World Cup at Piz La Villa.
The apartment was completely renovated in autumn 2018 (wooden floors) and equipped for an enjoyable holiday in the mountains. Available exclusive fast Wi-Fi.
