Beautiful stay in Alta Badia

Chalet Ambria is a perfect place for these who look for nice apartment. Location - about 1 km to city centre, about 300 m to ski lift and slope. Shops and bakery 1-3 km. Parking place near the building. Apartment is very nice and comfortable, perfect clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Barbara is very nice and helpful person. WiFi is working good.

Chalet Ambria for the second time

This is the second summer we've stayed at this property. Everything was great. The apartment was beautiful, functional, comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.

Relax out of season

Perfect autumn holidays

This was our second, and certainly not our last, stay at Chalet Ambria. After discovering this beautiful place last year, we couldn't imagine any other "base camp" for our hikes during this year's autumn holidays. The apartment we were given has two gorgeous bedrooms with breathtaking views, two bathrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen with a living area, two balconies, and is very modern, tastefully decorated in a traditional style with lots of wood. And it smells so good – of wood! We also had exceptionally good weather in October, which we certainly didn't mind, although we wouldn't have minded a rainy day that we could have spent "at home" either. We received a very warm welcome from the Valentini family, who were always ready to help and advise us. In the mornings, we had fresh bread rolls delivered to our door in a pretty felt bag. We cooked dinner every evening – a wonderful family holiday!

Relax and comfort

Chalet Ambria is truly a gem, just outside the valley's traffic, allowing you to set off on excursions right from home. We found just the right amount of comfort for our family (two adults and two small children), with spacious apartments equipped with everything we needed. New for this summer, starting on foot and heading to the "Gran Risa" ski lifts, you'll reach "Piz la Ila," where a world opens up for children and adults alike. Besides the opportunity to linger and let the kids experience a variety of experiences (including fantastic sensory ones), you can also take numerous excursions to other mountain huts equipped for children, complete with services and games. It was a great holiday of fun and relaxation for the whole family, to be repeated!

Family vacation

Ski holiday staying at Chalet Ambria - apartment Conturines

The welcome was very friendly and the help we were given during our stay was excellent. Georg drove us to show us how to find the quick way to the ski slope (which is about a ten minute walk), a good Apres Ski place on the slope, he took us to the supermarket, he organised for fresh milk and bread to be delivered and took all our skis, boots and helmets back to the ski hire shop on our last day. This was all very helpful. The skiroom is on the ground floor and was always warm and dry. The apartment is modern and clean and had everything we needed. The views from all the windows are good but especially so from the main bedroom and balcony. The beds are very comfortable and the duvets warm and snug. I would have preferred a firmer pillow but the rest of my family were fine. The sofa bed, which our teenage daughters shared, was surprisingly big and very comfortable. Our friends stayed in two of the other apartments at the same time and it was good to have the independence of our own apartments but still be close together. We would definitely recommend Chalet Ambria!

Holiday at Chalet Ambria, La Villa

The accommodation left nothing to be desired and exactly matched the description. Very well-maintained, friendly service, everything was perfect. We also really liked the proximity to the ski slope (300 meters on foot through the village), so you can leave your car parked for the entire holiday. Gladly again!!

Great week at Chalet Ambria!

We spent a fantastic week skiing in La Villa from January 14th to 21st, 2017. We loved the Conturines apartment in Chalet Ambria and felt completely at home. The apartment is new and modern, yet cozy and stylishly furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable. The balcony offers a stunning view of the surrounding Dolomite peaks and Piz La Ila. The ski slopes and the center of La Villa are just a 5-minute walk away. We especially appreciated the morning bread delivery service. The ski room with boot warmers is a great feature. Many thanks to the very kind Valentini family for their hospitality! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful apartment close to the slopes

The slopes are only about 200 meters away, a quick walk on your snowboard. The apartment is new, beautiful, and functionally furnished. The Valentini family is very friendly, and despite our very late arrival due to traffic on the Fernpass, we were still warmly welcomed and could go straight to our room to relax. The location is slightly above La Villa and therefore very peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Great place

We absolutely loved our stay at Chalet Ambria. The apartment is new, very well furnished, and comfortable. Its location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from the slopes and the center of the village. Not to mention the kindness of the owners.

New Year’s Eve at Chalet Ambria

Beautiful apartment. Fully equipped with modern amenities. Excellent location, just steps from the slopes. Everything you need for a perfect holiday is provided. A very nice host family who fulfilled our every wish. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Everything was new and very well maintained. There were six of us in the Ciastel apartment, which was perfectly adequate. It had two bedrooms and an extra sofa bed in the kitchen. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended. Best regards from the Taunus region.

Perfect Vacation!

This was our first year at the Ambria in La Villa, and it certainly won't be our last, as we had a wonderful time. The apartment had all the comforts and a beautiful view of the magnificent Dolomites. We appreciated the amenities offered and the proximity to the ski slopes. The Valentini family was also incredibly friendly and helpful in accommodating our requests.
