A wonderful holiday in La Villa

The Frenademetz family is always very friendly. They take good care of their guests and ensure a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It is lovingly furnished, and the view from the balcony of the Kreuzkofel and surrounding mountains is breathtaking – exactly how we imagine our holiday. If possible, we would book here again.

Everything was just perfect

When searched for accommodation, Julia answered promptly at our inquiry. The apartment was just like on photo (maybe better) and I was surprised when I realised that isn’t new. It is perfectly maintained and very clean. The location is just perfect… few steps from the slopes. They have an extra bathroom next to ski room for travellers who are skiing the last day (after leaving the apartment) and want to refresh before going home. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. Great hospitality from owners and for sure we will return.

Friendliness, cleanliness, comfort, attention to detail

We stayed from December 25, 2021 to December 30, 2021, in a very clean apartment equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent (right next to the ski slopes), and the owner family was very friendly (the owners' daughter was very attentive to guests and provided us with all the necessary information). The common areas are very well-maintained and of high quality. We will definitely be back!

Feeling at home but on vacation

We spent two weeks of vacation between the end of August and the beginning of September at Chalet Sorëdl, just like last year... so a happy return. The property is very welcoming, as are the owners, Julia and her family, always kind, smiling, and helpful. The apartment is functional and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and more. The location is fantastic, with a stunning view of Sasso della Croce, La Varella, and Gran Risa. Waking up in the morning and seeing that spectacle right from your bed is priceless. Upon arrival, a welcome tart and all the brochures for activities in the valley, a weekly linen change, and the possibility of doing laundry, which is important for long stays, were provided. Excellent Wi-Fi connection. I should also add that being able to bring our cat, who also loves the mountains, was essential for us. There's passion and attention to detail at Chalet Sorëdl, something not found in all properties, so all that's left is the desire to return again, and who knows, even in a whitewashed version. I close my eyes and I'm there! Thank you a thousand times.

A family holiday between nature and relaxation

During the last week of August 2021, we stayed at Chalet Soredl. From the very beginning, we were greeted by Julia's warm smile and helpfulness. The apartment is very spacious, tidy, functional, and charming, located in a quiet area yet close to the town's amenities. Biweekly stay

Hello, congratulations to the excellent management of Chalet Soredl. We stayed there for two weeks between the end of July and the beginning of August. The apartment was comfortable, welcoming, and functional. Julia, always available, welcomed us and was always available for any needs we might have. The location is strategic in La Villa, a great starting point for hikes to Gardenaccia, Croce, Puez, and Sassongher... We'll definitely be back!

Summer stay

We spent a week in July 2021 in one of the apartments at Chalet Sorëdl, which we found very clean and functional: it's perfect for those of us who have a dog, and is located in a secluded and quiet location, yet just a stone's throw from the center. The owners' welcome was particularly welcome, complete with a delicious welcome cake! I was struck by the owner's extreme attention to detail and good taste in the furnishings. I really hope I can come back next year.

Care and attention

Two weeks in a magnificent two-room attic apartment, pampered by the owners' endless attentions (from the welcome cake to the goodnight chocolates; from the visits to see if anything was needed to the payment receipt with an enclosed gift). The location itself is stunning, with magnificent views of the Cima Conturines and a quiet location away from any traffic. For mountain lovers, there's plenty of space on the two balconies to air out boots and backpacks, sheltered from the rain. The house is like new, functionally and tastefully furnished, with a dishwasher in the kitchen. It was so beautiful, it's a shame it's over. But we'll be back. Thanks to the Frenademetz family.

Gorgeous apartment

Welcoming, spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained apartment, very comfortable and well-equipped. Room and private outdoor space with a view of the Dolomites (spectacular!). Extremely comfortable bed (an important detail for those who need to recover well after long excursions). I stayed for two weeks in the summer and had a great time. Very helpful owners. A positive experience that I will definitely repeat.

Very nice

We spent three dream nights at this property. The decor was meticulously maintained, but what we loved most was the cleanliness. It's truly a very clean place. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need—more than my own, to be honest. The view is beautiful, overlooking Santa Croce. For what we paid, the place offers much more than you'd expect. If you're looking for a quiet place to feel right at home, this is the place for you.

Family vacation

Nice welcome, apartment with a view

Two couples in apartment C3. The accommodation was perfect for our needs: comfortable, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The family was very helpful before and during our stay, and very welcoming, in keeping with the South Tyrolean spirit. Magnificent view of the Sas dla Crusc, which is always breathtaking at sunset. We'll gladly return.
