Annalisa is a very kind, gentle, and discreet person. The apartment was perfect, brand new, in a quiet area just outside the center. There were 4 of us staying, there were spacious wardrobes, and every accessory was already provided. We stayed 10 days in August, we felt perfectly at ease as if it were our own apartment. Very convenient location both for walks that start next to the house and for walking to village festivals or shops. We will definitely come back.

Comfort and tranquility

Very clean and welcoming apartment, close to the town's amenities yet far from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful views of the valley's mountains and the town.

Extraordinary View

We stayed in apartment number 4, a couple of us plus two cats. It's a small, charming apartment with an extraordinary view of the Dolomites from both the kitchen and the bedroom. We absolutely didn't miss the balcony. The photos on the website don't convey the beauty of the place. The hospitality was excellent. The option of having fresh milk every morning was fantastic.

Wonderful stay at La Villa

We stayed with Annalisa in her clean, welcoming, and comfortable apartment no. 3, located in a strategic and quiet area of La Villa with a magnificent view. The bread and fresh milk service, freshly milked from her own cows, is highly recommended. Mrs. Annalisa is very kind, always available and attentive to her guests. A stay that definitely deserves a return. Special mention goes to that gentleman rooster "Pollo", the farm's guardian.

Beautiful holiday

Fantastic location just outside the traffic and noise of the town center, yet very close to La Villa. From here, you can embark on beautiful hikes without having to use your car. The apartments are new and fully equipped, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The views from the windows are stunning. The sound of the stream and the surrounding nature truly relaxes you. Fresh eggs and fresh milk are also available. A special mention goes to Annalisa's warm welcome, which truly makes you feel at home. We'll be happy to return and definitely recommend it for a vacation in Alta Badia.

Well-equipped holiday home

The apartment is well-appointed, very clean, and sleeps four. It's within walking distance of the city center. Pets are welcome. I hope to return soon, we had a great time.

Comfortable apartments and great courtesy

I was there last year and had such a great time that I decided to go back this summer. I chose this property for its competitive price and the trust I felt from the manager over the phone, and it was confirmed! Annalisa is extremely kind and knowledgeable, and will make you feel at ease. The apartments are even better than they appear in the photos: clean, newly furnished, and fully equipped (so comfortable), quiet (no one passes by on the next street), clean air, and a phenomenal view. From my apartment, I could see Santa Croce from the bedroom, the village of La Villa from the kitchen. From here you can even set off on your hikes without moving the car, going to Piz la Ila or towards S.Croce passing by the excellent Pisciantadù mountain hut (a great idea for lunch). The morning milk delivery service is great: I recommend it, it's delicious and comes from cows raised by the same family just a few steps away.

Beautiful apartment

Very nice, modern, clean apartment for 4 people, with a fully equipped kitchen. The hostess was very kind and helpful, and the location was excellent: quiet but not far from the town, easily reached on foot in 10 minutes and a great starting point for lovely walks.

Nice apartment

We occupied apartment no. 4 for 14 days, there were two of us plus our cat. The apartment is charming, complete with towels, bed linens, and kitchen linens. It's in a wonderful location, overlooking the mountains just outside the village. There's also a furnished garden with an umbrella, lounge chairs, and armchairs, where you can relax after a walk and enjoy the tranquility. The owners were truly kind, and since it was our first time here, they recommended some walks to take during our stay.

Breathtaking view

We stayed in apartment no. 5, a group of four. The views from both sides of the apartment are breathtaking. There's a small garden we enjoyed every evening (sometimes just for a few minutes, other times to grab a takeout pizza). There's no through traffic, and the atmosphere is pleasantly quiet. The apartment is basic but clean, with good interior space, and a small but fully equipped bathroom. The bread and milk service was excellent: every morning, a bag of fresh bread and fresh milk was waiting outside the apartment. We hope to return next year!

Perfect and quiet apartment

We spent our holiday in Val Badia in this welcoming home, perfect for the two of us and our puppy. The apartment is in a quiet location, modern, and very clean, with parking, internet, and linens. Annalisa welcomed us warmly and was available for any requests. The apartment is located near the center of La Villa, just a few minutes' walk away. Beautiful walks and hikes can be enjoyed directly from the apartment. Our puppy absolutely loved the path surrounded by meadows behind the house. Highly recommended!

Everything as expected and as it should be

We had a very nice holiday and the right accommodation. Fresh milk and bread rolls were provided in the mornings. We also received excellent information about the region and about free parking options near the cable car.
