The house is full refurbished and is Klimahouse 3 Suns. Each apartment has large windows from which you can admire the splendid panorama of the mountain of Santa Croce and the beautiful surrounding mountains. Furthermore, each apartment has its own private entrance, private outdoor parking, safe deposit, hairdryer in each bathroom, satellite tv and free WIFI connection. Guests can take advantage of the ski bus service from the house to the Santa Croce slopes, which are part of the Dolomiti Superski. The ski area can be also reached on foot, since it is located only a few steps from the house.
Guests have at their disposal a washing machine and a ski storage room with boot warmer. Each apartment has a barbecue and little garden where you can sunbath on the deck chairs and eat while admiring the magnificent view. In addition, table tennis, darts, and tablesoccer. In winter, the beautiful slopes of the Dolomiti Superski skiing area are just a few steps from the house and can be reached on foot but for our guest there is a free skibus directly in front of the house to the slopes of Santa Croce. In summer the Alta Badia region offers beautiful walks for the whole family. Ciasa Andy is a great starting point.
