If you want to spend your holiday in the middle of nature, the apartment Ciasa Val is the perfect place for you. Here, far away from smog and noise, you can find a familiar atmosphere and a wonderful view on the village of St. Leonard and the Dolomites. The apartment is set only 3.7 km from the ski slopes of Alta Badia and 4 km from the village of Badia. In summer it is the ideal starting point for many hiking routes.
The apartment has been refurbished but still features its original Gothic walls. It consists of a double room, a living room with sofa-bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Situated on the ground floor in a sunny location, it is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, lemon squeezer, toaster, electric kettle and hairdryer. The price includes dishes, towels and linen. Children under the age of 2 free of charge.

Ciasa Val

We had a great time at Ciasa Val last month. Very nice apartment, quiet, well-kept, well-furnished and cute. Complete with everything you need in a home. Wonderful view of the Sasso della Croce and the valley floor. At night the village of Badia looked like a nativity scene. Availability of owners? Highly recommended.

Beautiful!

Very nice and fully equipped apartment, quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Alta Badia in August (a 5-minute drive) and with a spectacular view of the valley. The hosts are kind, helpful, and discreet.

Welcoming house, with attention to detail, with a spectacular view: highly recommended

We really wanted to leave a review because we really liked this little house and would like to recommend it. The house is in a stunning location: slightly outside of towns (though easily accessible by car), surrounded by nature and with a fantastic view of the Dolomites. At night, far from the town lights, you can admire a star-studded sky. Starting and ending a day with such a view is a detail that can only add value to the time spent here. The apartment is small but the spaces (including wardrobes, shelves, drawers) are very well organised making it feel spacious. The furnishings are very well-kept and pleasant, and everything you need to feel at home is present (in particular, the kitchen is truly complete in every way). In short, it is a welcoming, clean, warm house (we stayed there in January), suitable for couples or families with children. The owners are very kind and helpful. From the house you can easily reach Badia and its ski facilities in about ten minutes by car, via a very panoramic and good-condition mountain road. It was a really nice holiday!

Beautiful holiday

We were welcomed with joy and kindness; the Valentin family made us feel at home. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, and the house was clean, welcoming, and tidy. It was a truly pleasant vacation, and we will definitely return.
