Very comfortable, easily accessible by ski bus, clean, and fully equipped. The surrounding mountains are beautiful, the village is charming, and the ski slopes are fantastic. Access to other ski areas is also very easy.

Fantastic apartment and very kind owners

Our stay at Ciasa Laoi was truly wonderful for our family with a child. From the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed by the owners, who are extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made us feel at ease right away. The apartment was impeccably clean, very cozy, and perfectly heated. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped: it has everything you need for everyday use, including a dishwasher with tablets, as well as basic ingredients like olive oil and spices, which is especially appreciated after a long journey. Another great advantage is the ski storage room and partially covered parking area. The nearby ski bus stop is also very convenient, offering free transportation to the ski lifts, which is especially useful when traveling with children. It's an excellent place for both ski enthusiasts and families looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We highly recommend it and would love to return.

A perfect week

Brand new apartment, super comfortable and equipped with every comfort. Perfect for two people. Very convenient location, 50 meters from the ski bus stop, which takes you to the Piz Sorega lift in 5 minutes. We'll definitely be back!

Everything perfect

Congratulations to everyone, we had a fantastic week. The apartment was super cozy and spotlessly clean! Thomas and his wife are fantastic people, always available. Wonderful place, easy access to the ski slopes

We spent a very enjoyable stay at the apartment in Ciasa Laoi as a family with two children. The owners are exceptionally kind, helpful and welcoming — from the very beginning we felt truly at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very warm and excellently equipped. The kitchen deserves special mention: it has everything needed for everyday use, including a dishwasher with tablets, as well as basic spices and olive oil, which is a big plus after travelling. On site there is a ski storage room and a parking space, partially covered. Another great advantage is the close proximity of the ski bus stop, which takes you free of charge directly to the lift — a very convenient solution, especially when travelling with children. Excellent conditions for skiers and families. We definitely recommend it and would be happy to return!

Very clean and lovingly designed

Many thanks to the landlords; everything was very clean and in excellent condition. The "Lujanta" holiday apartment is superbly furnished. The entrance area and courtyard of the house are particularly charming. The ski bus connection is also fantastic; the bus stop is only 50 meters from the house. We would love to come back.

New, welcoming and clean apartment

We stayed here for a skiing holiday. The apartment is immaculately clean, warm, and has everything you need. We took advantage of the ski shuttle service, which was really convenient. When we left, Thomas gave us two lovely wooden objects he made.

Family winter holidays

We had a wonderful stay at Ciasa Laói and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our family ski holiday. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for enjoying the slopes and the beautiful surroundings of San Cassiano. What truly made our stay special were the owners – incredibly kind, polite, and always helpful, making us feel very welcome from the first day. Everything was well organized and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when travelling with family. We had a great time and would happily return. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable ski holiday in Alta Badia.

Pleasant stay

We had a truly enjoyable week. The ground-floor apartment was spotless, welcoming, functional, and meticulously maintained. There's a good WiFi signal, a parking lot, and a small lawn in front of the apartment where you can quietly read a good book after a day spent in the mountains. The property is in a very quiet area, yet not far from San Cassiano (a 10-minute walk). The owners are discreet, yet equally helpful and welcoming. We had a great time. Thank you, and see you soon!

Pleasant experience

We were hosted in a well-equipped studio apartment with everything you could need for a holiday. Both Thomas and Monika proved to be absolutely unobtrusive but still attentive to needs. Definitely recommended!

Top!

We spent our first time skiing in South Tyrol during Carnival week in 2020. The four of us – two adults and two children – stayed in a holiday apartment at Casa Laòi and were completely satisfied! The village was a ten-minute walk away, the ski bus stop was three minutes away, and the apartment was absolutely beautiful and brand new. Many thanks to Monika and Thomas Pescollderungg!
