This house is ideally located with only 120 m walking distance to the wonderful slopes connecting the Sellaronda and a perfect starting point for your hikes and trekkings in the summer.
Cocoon Apartments offer 2 wonderful small and functional studio apartments (19 m2). They are modern and you will feel like at home. You will appreciate all their amenities and practical advantages. Fully equipped, with modern kitchenette and sitting corner, individual floor heating, flat screen TV, free WIFI, electric roller shutters, door intercom system and a smoke detector for your best comfort. One of the studios offers a south balcony with an amazing view and a bidet.
There is also 1 pleasent apartment (36 m2) for 2/3 people at the basement floor. It offers a comfortable bedroom with lightwell window, living area with a sleeper sofa and separated kitchenette.
Bathrobes can be rented for the time of your stay. Service of fresh bread is proposed every morning in front of your door and other amenities nearby. Free parking in front of the house.
Your hosts speak Ladino, Italian, German, English and French and are pleased to assist you with any information or questions.
