Excellent location and apartment, exceptional hosts when it really mattered

Everything that motivated us to choose the Apartments Collina was exactly as expected. The location right by the ski slope is excellent, the price fair, and the apartment is well equipped. A particular plus for families is that the beds for children are proper beds, not improvised solutions. What we did not expect was the level of support from the owners when things went wrong. During our stay, temperatures below –15 °C caused my diesel car to fail twice due to fuel paraffin crystallizing and blocking the fuel filter. The hosts stepped in immediately and helped as if it were their own car, repeatedly and without hesitation. The apartment itself fully met expectations, but the attitude and practical help of the hosts in a stressful, unforeseen situation is what truly sets this place apart.

5-star stay

We stayed in the Col apartment, a true gem in the heart of Corvara. Impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, and complete amenities: everything was perfect. The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. The owners were extremely kind and always available. We'll definitely be back!

We felt at home

The location of the house is very beautiful, panoramic, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Corvara but just a little more five minutes walk from the bus station. The apartments are new, well furnished, very clean and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. stay. The friendliness and hospitality of Roland and his wife are exemplary. Like being in family

Clean, renovated, and tastefully furnished apartment, equipped with everything you need, both in terms of utensils and linens. The fully equipped kitchen gave us the convenience of cooking dinner on those evenings when we were tired from going out, although there are restaurants serving local specialties within walking distance. A strategic location for enjoying nature (with plenty of roe deer sightings) yet just steps from the town center and the cable cars. You can easily leave your car behind and get around by bus or cable car, which are perfectly connected. In addition to buses to reach the various locations, there's also a minibus that runs throughout the town and stops right next to the property. We had a wonderful time. Roland was able to recommend walks within our reach, immersed in breathtaking landscapes or enchanting woods. The whole family welcomed us warmly, including the goats, chickens, and cats, who patiently let themselves be petted.

Feeling good in the mountains

The apartment I stayed in is well-appointed, with essential appliances such as a microwave and dishwasher. The kitchenware and dishes are more than sufficient for cooking without any problems. The location is excellent for walks. The helpfulness and friendliness of the couple who run the place is also commendable.

Holiday apartment with the best view

The holiday apartments are very tastefully furnished and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the balcony with its wonderful view of the valley and the surrounding mountains, which we used for breakfast every day. Groceries and restaurants are within easy walking distance (10 minutes downhill, 15 minutes uphill). The landlord is always available to help and advise.

On the slopes of Corvara

Located on the Col Alt slope, it is a very well-kept, clean, warm and comfortable structure. Perfect for those who love skiing and are looking for a quiet place not far from the center of Corvara, which is a 10-minute walk away. The owners are always available and very kind.

Enchanting location, comfort and tranquility for a ski week in Alta Badia

Ciasa Collina is located in a privileged position overlooking Corvara, the center of Alta Badia, enjoying a magnificent view. Once you've parked right in front of your house, you can forget about your car. You can leave the house and practically return with your skis on, right on the final stretch of the Col Alt slope. The center of Corvara can be reached on foot in less than ten minutes. Owner Roland and his wife Arianna welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism, paying close attention to anti-Covid-19 hygiene regulations and always available to offer advice or just chat. As soon as you enter the reception area, recently renovated in a modern Alpine style, and leave your skis and boots in the adjacent storage room equipped with boot warmers, you go up to the floors where there are 6 apartments. We stayed for eight nights between Christmas and New Year's in the Col Alt apartment for 2-3 people. Furnished entirely in wood, it was extremely clean, warm, and welcoming. It features a designer kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils), a comfortable double bedroom with adequate storage space, a living room with a sofa bed, and a spacious bathroom with a tub/shower/bidet. There's also a sunny terrace overlooking the ski slopes, where you can breathe in the mountain air and the scent of the adjacent barn, where Roland often spends time caring for his animals. Wi-Fi coverage is excellent throughout the house. No flaws. We'll definitely be back.

We spent 12 days at this property. The apartment was spotless, warm, and welcoming, equipped with every comfort. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. The balcony had a breathtaking view. Everything perfect

Marvelous
