10 wonderful days

My husband, my dog, and I just returned from a wonderful vacation at La Villa. The owners welcomed us warmly: Gloria and Carlo were kind, attentive, and friendly. The two-bedroom ground-floor apartment with a lush, well-kept garden was wonderful. It had everything we needed: plenty of space, excellent cleanliness, two televisions, cool, and extremely quiet despite being on the main road. Everything was close and convenient: reserved parking, bars, shops, markets, pizzerias, and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and spent 10 wonderful days visiting charming villages and taking numerous walks and hikes with breathtaking views.

Snow holiday

We spent a wonderful week in this small apartment, equipped with all the comforts, centrally located and close to the ski lifts. The owners are two lovely and helpful people. We were very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended!

Kindness and friendliness

Great holiday

The apartment is very comfortable, centrally located, well-equipped with kitchenware, and has a well-kept garden. It's an excellent choice for a pleasant holiday in Val Badia. The owners are very friendly, kind, and helpful, always ready to offer advice. I hope to return for another holiday.

Excellent solution

During the booking process, contact with the owner was always prompt. Upon arrival, the house was as described, well-located with a beautiful garden and a vegetable garden from which we were able to draw. The two owners are very friendly and available to offer suggestions. Really everything perfect, highly recommended

Comfortable and welcoming apartment, a stone’s throw from the slopes

The apartment is fully equipped and extremely well-maintained, with a private entrance and garden. The space, with two full bedrooms plus a kitchen and bathroom, was perfect. It's well-located, just a short walk from the ski lifts. We were completely satisfied with the property and the owners' hospitality: Gloria and her husband Carlo were always very helpful. We are grateful for their hospitality; we immediately felt at home.

Comfortable and welcoming apartment

Casa Crepaz is in an excellent location for skiing, 100 meters from the Gardenaccia chairlift and a 5-minute walk from the Piz la Ila cable car (the arrival point of the Gran Risa), which is absolutely doable, especially on the way back down. All amenities are within easy walking distance: ski rentals, ski passes, a supermarket, shops, and restaurants. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos, ideal for up to 4 people. The owners deserve a special mention: Gloria and her husband are truly kind and helpful, and it's clear they care about their guests' enjoyment, offering help and advice. They will soon replace the doors, which are already decent, but which demonstrates the care and passion they put into their business.

Ideal location, unpretentious comfort, availability

The apartment is well located, just a few minutes' walk from the ski lifts, the market, and the pharmacy. It offers every comfort, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Linens are changed midweek. Mrs. Gloria and her husband, Carlo, were always very helpful. We are grateful for their hospitality; we immediately felt at home. We're not talking about a luxury apartment, but we didn't expect it to be, given the reasonable prices.

Good apartment in the center and a stone’s throw from the slopes

I was looking for an apartment in La Villa for a ski week with my wife and two small children. The space, with two full bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, was perfect. The location is very convenient, just steps from both the town center (and therefore shops and supermarkets) and the ski slopes (on the Gardenaccia side). It's just a shame that walking around La Villa means staying on the main road, which is always very busy and polluted. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including linens, which are changed midweek. The owner is always very kind and available for any needs. The only criticism, for those who are more picky, is that the apartment's furnishings aren't brand new, but everything is tidy and in working order. After all, the price I found was one of the best in the area. Overall, a very good apartment for someone like me who's looking for a relaxing family getaway and the convenience of the slopes just a few meters away (less than 200 meters).

Excellent accommodation

We stayed in the apartment for a few days at the beginning of the summer and had a wonderful time. We are a family with two children, ages 5 and 9, and we found the apartment very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The view is beautiful, and there's even a well-kept garden. The location is very convenient, in the center of town, just minutes from all amenities. The owners are very kind and helpful. We'll be back!

Snow holiday January 2018

We spent a week in this apartment near the Gardenaccia ski lift. We had a great time, and the owners are very helpful and kind. The apartment is the perfect size for a family like ours, 2 adults and 2 children. Highly recommended!

Week in the mountains

Perfect apartment

Centrally located apartment, clean, well-furnished, comfortable: it has everything. I stayed the week of August 15th, 2017, with my family (four people) and had a really good time; I think I'll be back. The owners are friendly and approachable. All in all, a five-star week.
