Ciasa d’Lista is set in a quiet location in the centre of Pedraces/Badia. Badia, situated at 1324 m above sea level, is a peaceful location embedded between the beauties of the natural parks Fanes-Sennes-Prags and Puez-Geisler, Unesco World Natural Heritage.
The nearest lifts that take you directly to Santa Croce ("La Crusc") and connect to the entire Dolomiti Superski and Sellaronda skiing carousel, are 5 minutes walk away from the house.
In summer Pedraces is the ideal starting point for beautiful hiking tours and walks in the forest.
The two-room apartments, cozy and comfortable furnished in alpine style, are well equipped with a double room, living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony with panoramic view to the mountains.
