Exceptional

The apartment was meticulously designed, well-furnished, comfortable, and very clean. Nothing was missing. The owner was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for the start of the Maratona dles Dolomites. Highly recommended!

Perfect!

I just had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The location is excellent, practically ski-in/ski-out, right next to the slopes, making everything incredibly convenient. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and everything looks brand new. The furnishings are well-crafted, adding a touch of style and comfort. There's also a ski and boot storage room. Perfect for those who love skiing.

An apartment away from home like at home

The location is splendid, in the old part of town, just a stone's throw from hiking trails and ski slopes. The furnishings are aesthetically pleasing and functional in use. The view from the two terraces is satisfying for the eyes and the psyche. The apartment is cleaned regularly, as is the linen change. Mrs. Hermine is always available to answer any questions, concerns, or concerns you may have.

Beautiful holiday

We stayed in the Rottonara 1 apartment, quiet and very bright, with two balconies and a beautiful view. The kitchen is completely renovated and modern, equipped with a dishwasher and everything you need for cooking, including potholders, dishcloths, and espresso pods. The bathroom, while not very large and windowless, was new and had a nice shower. The apartment features plenty of convenient built-in closets with hangers for clothes. The parking lot is also convenient. From the building, you can reach the center in just a few minutes, down a slightly steep slope. You can enjoy several walks and take the cable car without having to move your car. The owner is very kind and helpful.

A stay dedicated to comfort and relaxation

From the moment you arrive, Mrs. Hermine's warm welcome makes you feel at home, even when you're away from home. She's always available to answer any questions, concerns, or concerns. Having been regular guests for years, we can only confirm what previous reviews have stated: complete satisfaction, excellent value for money. The apartments are of various types, all renovated or new, and all functional, with panoramic views, and quiet.

An exceptional location, a splendid apartment.

The ground-floor apartment is very spacious, convenient to the well-equipped ski room and the private parking lot in front. It's very clean and quiet, with two bathrooms each with showers and bidets, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The ski slopes are just 30 meters away, providing easy access to the entire Alta Badia and Dolomiti Superski area. Numerous hiking trails also start right outside the apartment.

Excellent structure

A very good property. The furnishings are welcoming and warm, and the midweek cleaning service is excellent. Fantastic location for reaching the nearest slope and excellent return from the slopes with the ski room always warm and clean.

Great stay

The apartment is well-organized and meticulously maintained. Excellent location, about 300 meters from the slopes and lifts; the town center is also within easy walking distance. The ski storage room is equipped with every comfort. The lady was precise and friendly and the midweek cleaning was particularly appreciated. We will keep it in mind for any future stays in Alta Badia!

A dream stay

During the off-season, we stayed in apartment number 6, which was furnished to a high standard and was incredibly cozy, thanks to the high-quality furniture made by the owner's own carpentry workshop. The apartment also boasts two balconies, one off the living room and the other off the bedroom. A nicely designed ski room with seating and a heated boot rack added to the comfort. The proximity to the slopes, just a hundred meters away, with lift access to the ski area, was particularly convenient. The very accommodating landlady and friendly cleaning staff made our stay a success. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including dishes, cookware, a microwave, a dishwasher, and much more. A fantastic week – we're already looking forward to next season!

Ski days in La Villa

I had four wonderful days of skiing in La Villa, great slopes, unfortunately only artificial snow, but it was fantastic. A superb room with a bathroom in a quiet location, less than 150 meters from the ski slope. The ski room was heated, and there was a boot warmer/dryer – everything was top-notch. Plus, the owner is lovely and can be proud of her cleaning staff. I will book again next year.

Ski holiday

Beautiful weather and fantastic slopes, even though it was only artificial snow! The apartment was very cozy and, thanks to its location, quiet, leaving nothing to be desired in terms of amenities. There was a warm ski room with the option to warm and dry ski boots. The owner and cleaning staff were very friendly and always attentive to their guests! The apartment's location was superb, less than 100 meters from the slopes and thus the entrance to the ski area.

Above all expectations
