Tranquility in Alta Badia

Brand new apartment with modern mountain-style furnishings and all the comforts (including a dishwasher and central vacuum cleaner). Bathroom with large shower and window. Panoramic terrace. The shared washing machine is a great convenience. The whole family welcomed us warmly upon arrival and throughout our stay. A very quiet village with lovely walks, just a few kilometers from the most popular tourist destinations.

Perfect for skiers

La Fluta is a very good place for those who like to go skiing in Alta Badia. Skibus stops literally by the door. The apartment is very comfortable: large, clean, bright - with well equipped kitchen and comfortable bathroom. Very nice hosts. I would like to go there again.

Neat and well organized

My family (two adults and two teenage daughters) stayed at this beautiful, recently renovated property during New Year's Eve. The value for money is excellent. The atmosphere is well-maintained, clean, welcoming, and warm. We have a small dog that we initially didn't intend to bring on vacation, but our plans changed a few days before our departure due to an unforeseen event. Mr. Stefan, whom I notified to see if this could be a problem, was very kind and accommodating, without any conditions or concerns about potential damage. (It's true that the 14-month-old dog isn't destructive, but the owner couldn't have known that, and besides, he was offering us an apartment without a single defect or scratch.) We also appreciated the organization, with the free ski bus that stops very close and takes you directly to the La Villa slopes in about 20 minutes. The village of La Val is quiet but still hosts two minimarkets a few steps from the property

Wonderful holiday!

We have been guests of Mr. Stefan, his family, and Mrs. Rita for 5 summers in a row. We must say that we always gladly return for their kindness and impeccable hospitality! Chalet La Fluta is located in the center of the village, but just a stone's throw from the farms that dot the surrounding hills and meadows, and from the high mountain peaks that are the dream of even the most expert mountaineers. We chose it precisely because it was comfortable, suitable for light walks, but close to the destinations we aspired to reach as hikers (Sassonger, Putia, Marmolada,...). This year, we were truly amazed by the renovated rooms: the delightfully furnished apartments, with en-suite bathrooms in every room, feature state-of-the-art kitchens with every comfort, and are embellished with terraces overlooking the valley with a fabulous panoramic view! We recommend it to everyone!

Vacation I dreamed of

In the charming village of La Valle I stumbled upon this recently renovated apartment in "La Fluta." The apartment, in addition to having all the comforts, has been furnished with taste and down to the smallest details. Exceptional hospitality from the owner.
