La Val is a small village of Val Badia, in which tourism is closely linked to handicraft and especially to agriculture.
Its position renders La Val an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in summer. In winter there are plenty of groomed trails for hiking and sledging. The skiing area and cross country slopes of Alta Badia and Plan de Corones are just a few miles away.
