The family-run apartment house Ciasa La Rösa, located in Oies-Badia in a magnificent panoramic and sunny position with splendid views of the Alta Badia valley, is the ideal starting point for your summer trips as well as for your winter skiing days. It is fairly close to the lifts Santa Croce and not far from the lifts of the ski-carousel Alta Badia, the Sellaronda and the other lifts of the Dolomiti Superski skiing area. 
Being slightly off from the hustle and bustle of the village centre, Ciasa La Rösa is the ideal accommodation for families and clients who seek most of all peace and relax immersed in the beautiful nature of the Dolomites.

Excellent apartment and host!

We stayed (2 adults and 2 children) at the Apartments La Rösa during our skiing holidays in Alta Badia. We liked everything! The apartment is beautifully located with an amazing view. It had enough space for all of us, a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. It takes only 5 minutes by car to the La Villa cablecar station or 2 minutes to the Badia lifts. Luca and his family are very nice and helpful. I hope we can come again (maybe in summer).

Winter holidays

We were on our winter holidays in January 2015 (2 adults and 2 children). The apartment is very comfortable and we had all facilities that we needed. Skiing area is excellent. Hosts are very kind.

Great view

Casa la Rösa is perfectly located with a magnificent view over the mountains. Apartment for 4 was very spacious, clean and cosy (nice wooden furniture). It is a bit outside Badia center, which is perfect for winter atmosphere without noise, and yet close to the first ski lift connection to Sella Ronda (5 min by car). Owner was very relaxed and helpful.

Skiing holiday in Badia

Accommodation in apartment house Ciasa La Rösa in Badia was excellent and the price reasonable. The apartment for 4 was neat, clean and comfortable with beautiful view of the valley and Dolomites. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Certainly, we intend to repeat the stay in Alta Badia, as well as in Ciasa La Rösa.

Winter holidays in Badia

Accommodation in Ciasa La Rosa in Badia is excellent. Apartments are nicely decorated, clean, tidy, well equipped and very warm. The house is situated in a quiet location overlooking the valley and has a nice view of the valley, surrounding mountains and ski slopes. The hosts are friendly, nice and helpful. Ski slopes are easily accessible and are located within several kilometers from house. We recommended it as an excellent selection and reasonable prices. My friends and I are very satisfied and intend to return next year.
