Perfect vacation

We stayed in the La Rosa apartment at the beginning of July and had a really great time. Luca is extremely kind and available for any need. The apartment is bright, clean, and offers a wonderful view of the valley. It's also very quiet, and if you're lucky, you might even spot deer. A perfect holiday!

Great stay

We had a great time, the apartment's furnishings are beautiful and functional, and everything was very clean, as is traditional. Excellent communication with Luca Irsara, the owner, who even sent us a map link with the house's precise location. Speaking of location, the house is perched on the ridge of the valley below Santa Croce, high enough to enjoy a spectacular view. A stay at this property is highly recommended.

A great apartment

Everything perfect

I can only confirm the previous reviews: the apartment was delivered spotlessly clean, spacious with beautiful windows and breathtaking mountain views, a comfortable kitchen even equipped with a dishwasher, and a large bathroom with a washing machine. Overall, the apartment is perfect for four people, highly recommended! Moving on to the skiing, we're also top-notch here. The ski room is incredibly convenient, and here's the best part... If you rent equipment at the Skitop rental shop in Badia, just a phone call away and the shuttle service will take you directly to the slopes, and the same goes for the return trip (thanks, Luca, for the tip!). So, we can't thank Luca and his family enough for their beautiful apartment and their warm welcome, their kindness, and excellent advice on everything. Thanks again, and we hope to see you soon.

Marvelous

Simply perfect, we appreciated the helpfulness, courtesy, and kindness of the owners, the view, the ease of access to the slopes, and the possibility of walking comfortably both to the Villa and to the Sanctuary of Oies. The apartment is well-maintained, extremely clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We immediately felt at home.

Wonderful week

We spent the first week of September in this property, managed by the very kind and discreet owners Luca and Helene. The spacious and bright first-floor apartment was delivered immaculately clean. The furnishings were adequate and in excellent condition, and there was also a washing machine and dishwasher, which I've rarely found in other apartments in the area. The location is excellent, about 1 km from San Leonardo, a perfect blend of convenience and distance from busy roads. The La Tana dell'Orso restaurant is a 5-minute walk away, perfect for both adults and children. From the apartment window, you can see the Paraciora deer. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment and host!

We stayed (2 adults and 2 children) at the Apartments La Rösa during our skiing holidays in Alta Badia. We liked everything! The apartment is beautifully located with an amazing view. It had enough space for all of us, a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. It takes only 5 minutes by car to the La Villa cablecar station or 2 minutes to the Badia lifts. Luca and his family are very nice and helpful. I hope we can come again (maybe in summer).

Beautiful ski week

Beautiful location, very welcoming apartment equipped with all comforts, including the (beautiful) view. Badia is very well connected to the entire Dolomiti Superski area, and we never had any problems with parking, even at the end of the year. Parking is free, too. The owners were helpful and extremely kind, starting with the helpful information provided before our arrival and, last but not least, their willingness to welcome our cat (Baghera thanks us).

A great experience!

We stayed a week in Luca and Helene's little apartment: it was a wonderful experience, especially due to the owners' helpfulness and kindness. An enchanting place for the silence that surrounds it and for the view.
