Relaxing holiday in a comfortable environment

The owners were very kind, the location and space were excellent. It was a truly relaxing holiday in a comfortable, spacious, bright, and clean environment. We were three adults and a small dog, and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be back.

Relaxing holiday

We've been going to Utia for years now, and the owner is a truly friendly and always helpful person. The apartment, always clean and impeccable, is large and truly just steps from the slopes as well as quiet and peaceful.

Cozy house

We stayed here at the end of August on vacation and were delighted with both the apartment and the hospitality of the owner, Mrs. Verena. We also enjoyed some extras, such as the fresh bread in the morning and the fresh eggs that she kindly provided for us. I hope to return.

Optimal

The apartment perfectly met our expectations and the photos on the website. It's modern and equipped with everything listed in the description. Mrs. Miribung was wonderful and extremely kind, making our stay enjoyable. We stayed with six of us, and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate everyone's needs. Guests can request fresh bread in the morning, and linens are changed upon request during the week (halfway through their stay). A heated ski and boot room is available. Free Wi-Fi is available. I would recommend this apartment wholeheartedly, and Mrs. Miribung is always available. It was a lovely stay and a wonderful ski holiday. It deserves its five stars (which are few).

More than satisfied

We were familiar with the area, but not with this property. The view of the Fanes Conturines is breathtaking. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable; it will be even more beautiful after the final renovations. The warmth of the wood is particularly appreciated. We thank Mrs. Verena for her great hospitality.

A fantastic stay!

We stayed in this apartment the first week of July for the Maratona delle Dolomiti. There were four adults, a child, and a medium-sized dog. To say we had a wonderful time is an understatement! The owners are truly kind and friendly. The house is large, well-equipped, and recently renovated. The location is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle of larger towns, yet perfectly placed for excursions and general organization (shopping, etc.). We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

Stay in August

This is the third year we've spent a week in this apartment. We particularly appreciate the comfort offered by three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, and private parking, even for nine people. Its location ensures tranquility and an excellent view of the nearby mountains. Finally, we appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of Mrs. Verena, an excellent hostess, ready to accommodate any need.

Stay in July

We stayed with three couples in the third week of July. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a dishwasher. The location was excellent, with a splendid view. Mrs. Verena was extremely kind and helpful. Fresh bread every morning and fresh milk (I hadn't had milk like that in years). Thank you, Miriburg family, and thank you, Verena. Stay in Alta Badia

Beautiful, spacious apartment with a stunning view of the Dolomites. It features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a very clean and welcoming kitchen and living room, including a dishwasher. Mrs. Venera is very kind and helpful.

Beautiful place.

We have booked this apartment for the second time. We like the position, it is only 100-150 m away from slope. The apartment has beautiful breathtaking view from the windows and balcony. It is absolutely comfortable for two families with 3 small children. We would like to thank owners for their hospitality and help!

Advised

We have been renting the apartment for our winter holidays for seven years now. This year, the apartment was renovated with brighter rooms and balconies that offer a better view. It's always clean and welcoming. The hospitality is always excellent. I recommend it to families with children, even young ones, due to its proximity to the Gardenaccia slope.
