What can I say about the Montanara apartments? 1) unique quality/price ratio 2) central area in Val Badia but outside the centers 3) the courtesy of Mrs Maria (owner of the apartments) was 1000! What else!?

Cleanliness and exceptional location

The apartment was clean and fully equipped! A five-minute walk from the center of San Cassiano, the view from the terrace is wonderful! We and our dog had a great time! We'll be back!

Kindness

The location is very convenient for quickly reaching La Villa, San Cassiano town center, and Corvara. The owner is exceptionally kind, and the apartment is beautifully maintained.

Availability and courtesy

Mrs Maria is a great hostess, very kind and helpful, she is always ready to satisfy requests and make you feel at ease... truly on holiday. Comfortable, functional and quiet rooms.

Hospitality, availability

I stayed in apartment B, which has an outdoor space accessible from the street. We had 3 adults and 1 dog. The apartment was equipped with all the amenities and was spotlessly clean. The owner, Maria, is super helpful and kind. I highly recommend her.

Pleasant stay, recommended structure

We stayed at this property for a week. The atmosphere was well-kept, comfortable, and very clean. The owner was very helpful, both in her welcome (due to an unexpected event, we arrived later than expected) and throughout our stay. The location is quiet, just outside San Cassiano but a 5-minute walk away. The surrounding nature is enchanting...

Beautiful return to San Cassiano

After two years we returned to San Cassiano. The lady's warm welcome and the warmth of the apartment, close to the ski bus, are what made our holiday unique. I hope to return next winter.

Perfect

Small but extremely comfortable apartment, well furnished and equipped. We arrived before check-in time, but the lady was very kind and willing to let us put away the things in the fridge while she finished cleaning the apartment. The cleaning was done to perfection. The property is very convenient, with private parking and an outdoor play area for children. The windows offer a wonderful view. Highly recommended!

Perfect!

I stayed in the large apartment for a week, sharing the apartment with my sister. Everything was perfect, specifically: the owner is extremely kind and courteous, the apartment is very spacious with well-organized spaces, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every detail to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, functional, and very spacious, there is WiFi throughout the house, and there are two televisions. Parking is available in front of the house, and the fact that it's not right in the village makes it easy to reach other villages like La Villa. Highly recommended.

Very nice

We loved our stay in this house. The apartment is well-maintained, welcoming, and clean, and the lady who welcomed us was very friendly. The house is very conveniently located in the village and just 5 minutes from the Piz Sorega cable car.

We are back

This year we returned to one of the Montanara apartments: clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. The apartments are located across from the bus stop, so we never needed a car to reach the cable car base. Furthermore, the village of San Cassiano is a 15-minute walk away, along a pleasant pedestrian path. We'll gladly return in the summer, but this time with our four-legged friend!

Super apartment

A very comfortable, clean apartment for the family. I spent seven days here during the Christmas period. Comfortable rooms, close to the skibus stop, close to the lift. Quiet neighborhood. A large parking lot. The only but very small minus was the temperature at night - just a bit cold :)

Strategic position

We stayed at the property during the Easter holidays. Maria is very helpful and friendly. The apartment is welcoming, well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The ski bus stop is right outside. We had a great time and so did our poodle!
