Stunning location and friendly and helpful host

Two fantastic weeks! Even though there were four of us (two adults and two children aged 4 and 8) in the smallest apartment, we felt right at home. The apartment is compact, yet equipped with every comfort; nothing is missing. Even the windowless bathroom is well-maintained thanks to an efficient and quiet ventilation system. The location is unbeatable for skiing (very close to the slopes), and the private parking is a real convenience. Thanks to the hosts for their wonderful hospitality!

Ideal location and clean and well-kept environment

The owner provided us with a lot of information about the apartment, its costs, and its location right when we booked. The structure is very nice, very close to the slopes and the La Crusc ski lift. Interesting is the possibility of leaving skis and poles in the garage below. The accommodation was equipped with everything (pots, pans, cutlery, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) and this really surprised us. The ideal solution for those who want to escape the "mandatory" hotel schedules and enjoy a holiday in complete freedom.

Ciasa Nigrittella, a confirmation!

For a few years now, Ciasa Nigrittella has been our go-to place in Val Badia. The apartment is well-furnished and equipped with many conveniences: a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and washing machine, which is truly useful for those who hike a lot. The apartment is in a quiet location, and the village of San Leonardo is charming.

150 meters from the slopes

Paradise

It was our first vacation in Alta Badia. We had a great time; the apartment was clean and tidy. Convenient for getting around on foot or by car! We'll be back soon! They accept dogs, which is not a given in Alta Badia!

Relaxation and serenity, recommended

A wonderful mountain holiday immersed in nature. The apartment is ideally located for relaxing or challenging hikes, even without a car. Beautiful, expansive views of the valley and tranquility await. The apartment is located slightly outside the village of San Leonardo, but still a 5-minute walk away. The ski lifts leading to mountain refuges are a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is well-furnished and equipped with all appliances (including a microwave). We stayed in the smallest apartment in the house, but it was perfect for two people or a couple with a child like ours. Recommended.

Simply perfect.

We had a wonderful weekend in a simply perfect apartment. Welcoming, warm, very clean, spacious, and equipped with every comfort. It overlooks a unique panorama and is just a short walk from the center of San Leonardo, yet very quiet, surrounded by well-kept greenery. We'll be back as soon as we can.

Excellent and strategic location

We stayed in Alta Badia again this year. This time we chose Ciasa Nigritella and we didn't regret it at all. The apartment is part of a larger complex, located in San Leonardo in Badia. The location is strategic, just outside the town center, yet very easy to reach on foot or by car. The main amenities, such as the ski lifts and the Despar supermarket, are just a few minutes away (the beautiful Maso Alfarei is also nearby). Apartment A is comfortable, perfect for two people. It has every convenience, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Furthermore, the hallway (a sort of antechamber) at the entrance allows you to keep the space tidy, leaving behind bulky items used every day (boots, backpacks, etc.). A suggestion: Wi-Fi would complete the service offered, which is almost perfect.

Top!

We've been returning to Alta Badia for winter holidays for years now. This year, we chose Badia as our base, and Ciasa Nigritella was perfect in every way! The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the dishwasher saves you the hassle of asking someone to wash the dishes. The location is ideal for skiing and reaching nearby towns. One day, we skied from San Cassiano, and it was quick and easy to get there using the inland roads! Lastly, I'd like to highlight Alessandro's efficiency: very punctual, precise, and quick to respond. Overall, a 10/10 rating.

We liked it very much

We stayed in this apartment for the second time, a group of four, including two children. We love it because it's very conveniently located near the amenities, has plenty of space, and is very clean and warm. We'll definitely be back!

A pleasant confirmation

I've been coming to Alta Badia for over 30 years and have been passing by this house since it was built. The location is excellent, right next to the meadows and trails leading to Sasso della Croce, so tranquility is guaranteed, and it's also just a 3-minute walk from the village. This year I spent five days skiing there, and it was a pleasant confirmation: 200 meters of sidewalk, skis on, and you're on the slopes! And thanks to the ski lift connections, you can ski throughout the entire area and return home without having to use the car. The apartment itself is excellent, well-maintained and furnished with everything you need, including kitchen appliances. There's also a large storage room for skis or—in the summer—mountain bikes, etc.

Fantastic apartment

We stayed in this apartment for our mountain vacation. Mr. Alessandro welcomed us very warmly, providing us with all the information we needed. The apartment is just 200 meters from the hamlet of San Leonardo di Badia along a flat road; the ski lifts for the Santa Croce area are 300 meters away, but the slopes are just a few meters away, so you can practically ski right out. The apartment is beautiful, new, and equipped with every comfort, from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious bathroom, plus a very comfortable sofa bed and bedroom. Overall, everything was perfect; we will definitely return and would recommend it to friends.

Apartment in top position for the slopes

Nice and spacious apartment, top for 2 persons, but also o.k. for 4 (sofa can be turned into a bed). Very good access to the slopes, only 200/300m of walk. In case there is sufficient snow you can almost ski directly to the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, all is clean. There is a skis deposit in the garage, as well as a heater for the ski boots.
