House in an excellent location and very kind owners

We spent a ten-day holiday with four people in July in the apartment, 300 meters from the center of La Villa, but in a very quiet location and close to the start of many trails and ski lifts. The owners were very kind and always available for our questions and requests. Comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, fully equipped except for an oven (there's a microwave). The washing machine is shared, and there's a safe for storing bikes.

We liked it

The owners are exceptionally kind and exceptionally welcoming. The apartment is fantastic, perfect down to the smallest detail: spacious, spotlessly clean, and, for example, equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and a drip coffee maker. All utensils are provided, including linens and even towels, a double safe in both bedrooms, and spacious and well-maintained bathrooms. The location is perfect, just steps from the Piz La Ila cable car, and it's incredibly quiet. We had a wonderful, top-notch holiday, definitely recommended. Thanks again, Marion.

Beautiful holiday

We stayed here for two weeks. The attic apartment with two balconies is comfortable and tastefully furnished. Very convenient location for shopping and pastries! Lovely sunset view. Garden equipped with games for children and a gazebo for adults. Mrs. Marion is available for any need. Everything was perfect.

Very nice place and friendly owners!

We liked the apartment a lot. Very friendly owners! They recommended swimming pool to visit and even send me a small birthday present. There was enough space in the apartment, good equipped kitchen - kettle, coffee maker, dish washer, everything one needs for cooking; warm and enough water, hair dryer. There was also a safe in the bedroom though we did not use it. There is also nice playground - kids liked it a lot. It is not far to the nearest ski lift. It is a little bit on the hill but not a problem unless one is not with very small kids. Wi-fi also worked well and TV was more modern than on the picture. I can definitely recommend this place!

Everything is beautiful

We've been guests of Marion and the Pescollderugg family at Ciasa Odlina every September for six years. We've never had such a wonderful time in any other home. Marion is a wonderful person; she makes sure her guests have everything they need and goes out of her way to make them feel right at home. The house's location is excellent, with breathtaking panoramic views, tranquility, and proximity to all amenities. The family's children keep the children company, allowing them to play in the small park. Little Giulia is delightful. Finally, La Villa is a village nestled in the valley, in a prime location strategically located for all summer and winter attractions. You'll fall in love with it.

Everything OK

Highly recommended. We were greeted wonderfully by Mrs. Marion and her family, who were very helpful and understanding. The apartment was cozy and clean. Excellent location. I sincerely hope to return in September.
