The house Parüs is located in La Villa in a beautiful sunny and very quiet position, there are no roads nearby, we are at the end of a cul-de-sac. This is an advantage for families with children-they can play and run peacefully even without parental supervision.
The view from the windows and balconies of the house is fantastic to the Santa Croce Massif (Unesco world natural heritage). Testimonials: the hospitality is very familiar.
The beautiful area of Alta Badia is an ideal point for walking excursions in the warm season and ski in winter (Sellaronda).
All around the house Parüs are meadows and woods and it’s closed to the center of the village and the skilifts. The position of the house is ideal for families with children.
The appartment is spacious and comfortable. It has 4 rooms - all with wash - basin, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet and a kitchen with livingroom with tv.
