Everything perfect

We stayed the second week of January 2024. The owners were warm and welcoming, discreet and kind. Impeccably clean, and the atmosphere and furnishings were very warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom was spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. For skiers, it's very close to the ski lifts and also convenient for equipment storage. Fresh bread is delivered in the morning. Parking is available under the house, with a usable outdoor space. It's also close to the town center. Nothing negative.

Location and friendliness

Our stay at Pic' Plan was excellent. Maria and her husband are exceptional people and very attentive to their guests' every request. The location, just steps from the center and the most picturesque walks in Val Badia, makes the stay perfect for every need. Highly recommended for its cleanliness, friendliness, and location.

Holiday in Badia

Stayed for a week in the ground floor apartment. The house is large and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped. The front garden is also convenient. The town center is within easy walking distance. The owner is kind and courteous. The only downside is that the ground floor is a bit damp.

Comfort in San Cassiano

Spacious two-bedroom attic apartment, 5 minutes from the ski lifts and the center of San Cassiano. Equipped with every comfort, it offers views of Piz Sorega. We'll definitely return.

An attic a stone’s throw from the Dolomites

We stayed at the end of August in Maria's attic. She was friendly, kind, and discreet. Two large and comfortable double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a fully equipped kitchen with a table and bench. Impeccably clean. Bike storage is available. The view of the Dolomites is exceptional, as is the strategic location near the Piz Sorega ski lifts. For my son, a biker, this was a huge plus! I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again tomorrow!

Attic apartment

Clean apartment, well-equipped kitchen. Convenient location for walking and reaching the town center. We stayed in the summer, but I'd recommend staying in the winter too, as it's close to the ski lifts.

Holiday in San Cassiano at Pic’ Plan

We returned to San Cassiano again this year at Pic' Plan and had a wonderful time! We stayed in the ground-floor apartment, which was truly lovely, welcoming, very clean, and well-equipped! Maria was always incredibly kind! Unfortunately, we only stayed for a few days because we had to return home when everything shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic, but my heart remains there and I hope to return next year! I thank Maria for her hospitality! I highly recommend this property.

Very good

We've been coming to Pic Plan for New Year's Eve week for a few years now and have always appreciated the warmth, quiet, and spacious apartment, Maria's kindness, and the strategic location near the ski lifts, just steps from the town center and directly on the walk to Armentarola or La Villa. The car can be left parked... In the morning, you'll find warm boots... Plus, the town center is closed to traffic and passing cars don't pass through. We're booking for next New Year's Eve too; we don't want to waste a week there...

Excellent location

Beautiful, recently renovated attic apartment with two spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a convenient dishwasher. The owners are courteous, helpful, and yet discreet. Excellent location, within walking distance of the Piz Sorega ski lift. Breathtaking views from every attic window. A wonderful stay in a fairytale valley. We'll definitely be back. Laura and Claudio

Beautiful structure

We had a great time; the apartment was spacious, clean, and close to the ski lifts. Piz Sorega is just a few minutes' walk away. The owner was very kind.

Holiday in San Cassiano

We stayed at the Pic' Plan Apartments in January. The apartment was in excellent condition, with two spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom, and a small but well-equipped kitchen. The location is definitely ideal for skiers like us: about 200 meters from the Piz Sorega cable car and still close to the village. What can I say, Val Badia is always splendid...

Nice weekend

The apartment was comfortable and clean. We liked the fact that it had two bathrooms, making it very comfortable even for 4-6 people. Very close to the ski lifts. We had fresh bread for breakfast every day. It was equipped with everything you need. The owners were very helpful, and the price was reasonable.
