Family-run apartments for two, four or six people.

Perfect in winter: the house is situated directly on the ski slope Gardenaccia from where you can ski directly from the house to the best ski slopes in the area: Alpine Ski World Cup Gran Risa, Sella Ronda and Dolomiti Superski.

Perfect also in summer: the house is the ideal starting point for unforgettable excursions as well as walking and mountain bike tours through the mountains.

It’s perfect for families with children and for animal lovers. Great view of the Dolomite peaks.

Pet friendly accommodation (dogs only) for 100€ per week + 200€ as deposit.

The family run ski hut/restaurant Ütia Florian: in an alpine atmosphere you can try the typical local cuisine, enjoy a traditional apple strudel or wrap up your ski day partying with good music.
