Very nice apartment right next to the ski slope

The family is very warm and welcoming, the apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. We especially appreciate the proximity to the slopes – put on your ski boots, walk 20 meters and you're off!

Perfect location and great hospitality

Fantastic location!

We stayed here for a week renting the studio apartment (two adults and a 9 year old child). The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need, including a nice table for meals and a window from which to look out at the mountains. The ski room is small, but it comes complete with a boot drying area. The location on the slopes is priceless; just strap on your skis and head down.

Very convenient apartment for the ski slopes

We found a very comfortable and well-furnished apartment. The location is excellent for skiing and the village can also be reached on foot. Very welcoming and helpful owners.

Great stay

Perfect stay in a well-organized facility

As soon as we arrived, we immediately found the property, which has convenient parking very close to both the house and the ski storage room. The apartment is spacious and well-furnished, with everything you need for storing clothes and using the kitchen. The proximity to the slopes, which is a real plus for us with two young children, was a plus. Baita Florian is a real gem, both for its excellent cuisine and beautiful furnishings, and having it so close is a plus.

Everything perfect

I'd been trying to book at the Plaön Apartments for a long time, and we finally made it. Everything was perfect, from the welcome and helpfulness of Angelika and Florian, to the apartment we stayed in: very well-maintained, equipped with everything you need, and in a truly fantastic location right on the slopes. We'll definitely be back.

A holiday immersed in nature

We spent two wonderful weeks in one of the apartments, immersed in nature and surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Val Badia. The apartment, welcoming and functional, was perfect for four adults and a four-legged friend. We highly recommend it!

Exceptional location and comfort

Our vacation in the Plaon apartment was magical. The thrill of looking out the window and finding the spectacular Dolomite peaks before you is indescribable: it was like a painting! The location is perfect: close to the center, yet away from the traffic, with the added convenience of the Florian refuge right next door, ideal for dining out when you don't feel like cooking. A truly special stay, made even more enjoyable by Angelika's helpfulness, always attentive and thoughtful in meeting her guests' every need.

Finally a nice holiday!

If you're looking for a place to relax, close to the ski slopes, and where you can feel at home, Plaön is the right place. The staff is friendly and professional, they helped us surprise my parents and were also fantastic with any questions we had. The apartments are more than well-equipped; water, kitchen, and heating work perfectly. It was like being at home on vacation!

Optimal

I stayed for Christmas/New Year's Eve/Epiphany in the studio apartment, which was small, but had a beautiful view and was just steps from the ski slopes. I was even able to bring my big dog. The owner was always very helpful. The refuge next door (same ownership) is very nice and the food is good. We'll definitely be back.
