Great discovery

The owner was very helpful, thorough, and friendly. The location is 8 minutes from Corvara and a 10-minute walk from the La Villa ski lifts. The area is very quiet and residential. The house was very well maintained, and the heating and all appliances worked perfectly. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful holiday!

Beautiful apartment managed by the Feichter family, well furnished and equipped with everything. We were welcomed very well and also received information for our trips. We will definitely be back.

Excellent stay

Very nice apartment, well-organized and well-furnished, with two bathrooms, a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen, a balcony and terrace, and a storage room for skis and boots; everything was very clean and well-maintained. The owner, Sylvia, was extremely kind and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the village (a 5-minute walk) and 100 meters from the ski slopes. Highly recommended, we hope to return soon!

Great stay

Very nice apartment, well-equipped, with two bathrooms (one en suite), excellent finishes, and well-maintained. Just a few meters from the Gardenaccia slope, it's an ideal location for skiers. A 5-minute walk from the town center, it's very close to all amenities. The owner, Sylvia, is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended for mountain lovers both in winter and summer, we will definitely be back.

Excellent apartment

The apartment is in a great location, just 100 meters from the Gardenaccia ski slope. It's new, well-furnished, and comfortable for a family of four. The landlady is truly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

Magnificent

The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos; the kitchen is fully equipped, all that's missing is a chef! The two terraces have breathtaking views. But the real highlight is Sylvia, the owner. Kind, helpful, but not intrusive, and she was always there to help me after my skiing accident. "Thank you" is an understatement. Super vacation!

The apartment is very welcoming, comfortable, very clean, and modern. Guests have access to everything they need for cooking (including a dishwasher) and a washing machine; there are two bathrooms! It's an excellent location for skiing in the winter (very close to the slopes) and a great starting point for hikes in the summer. Sylvia is an attentive, kind, and helpful host!

Absolutely recommended!

Everything was perfect. The friendly communication before our arrival deserves mention. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and pleasant conversations were possible throughout our stay. The apartment is new and equipped with many details that make your stay more comfortable. The underfloor heating is also worth noting, as it makes the apartment pleasantly warm. There were lovely little Christmas decorations everywhere, typical for the season. The location is ideal, especially for skiers; the edge of the ski slope is a maximum of 2 minutes' walk away.

Panoramic view

For the second year, we've been staying with Mrs. Sylvia. The apartment is fully equipped, with everything you need. Our holiday during the week of August 15th 2022

It was like being at home! We were immediately greeted by Mrs. Feichter, the owner, who always provided us with useful and necessary information, reassuring us in choosing our holiday apartment and, later, everything we needed for our stay. We found all the comforts we're fortunate to be accustomed to, with the added bonus of being on vacation. A welcoming, modern, two-story apartment with the warmth of wood, two bathrooms, a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hairdryer, a spacious and functional shower, and towels sorted by color so everyone has their own. There's also a television, Wi-Fi, and all kitchen utensils, including linens and towels. Impeccably clean. The house's location allows you to go for walks without having to use your car, conveniently parked outside, making loading and unloading easy. The church is a 5-minute walk away, and a wonderful spa is just 2 minutes away at a hotel. In town, there are two supermarkets and an information point with knowledgeable staff. Our dream is to return! Thank you, Silvia, and thank you, Emma, for everything, and... see you soon!
