We spent a week with our three children in the beautiful Val Badia... We were delighted, both to find Luca and Helen with their children and to discover the wonders of these places. The apartment enjoys a wide view of the mountains, slightly outside Badia; it's a quiet spot, close to meadows and woods and just steps from a sanctuary. The ground-floor apartment is simple but comfortable, with everything you need. Thanks again for a special holiday!

Siamo stati molto contenti, sia di aver trovato Luca ed Helen con i loro bimbi, sia di aver scoperto la meraviglia di questi posti. L’appartamento gode di un’ampia vista sui monti, leggermente fuori da Badia, è un posto tranquillo, vicino a prati e boschi e a pochi passi da un santuario. We stayed in one of the apartments during New Year's Eve week, 2018/19: we had a wonderful time! Impeccably clean, comfortable, refined yet simple, well-maintained and spacious. The location is exceptional, just above the town center of San Leonardo (equipped with everything you need), easily accessible like all the other towns in the Badia Valley. The view is spectacular, overlooking the surrounding mountains, the town of La Villa, and the Gran Risa World Cup slope.
Pleasant hiking trails start right outside the house, providing easy access to the towns of La Villa, San Cassiano, and Corvara. The Santa Croce ski resort is also nearby, offering ample parking, a ski pass office, and ski rentals right next to the slopes. These facilities are relatively uncrowded, even during the New Year's period, and provide quick and easy access to the Gran Risa, Alta Badia, and Sella Ronda ski areas.
Luca and his exceptional family are amazing, helpful, and incredibly kind. Congratulations to them, we thank them, and send them our heartfelt greetings.

Abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti, la settimana di capodanno 18/19: ci siamo trovati benissimo! Pulizia impeccabile, comodo, raffinato e essenziale al tempo stesso, curato e spazioso; posizione eccezionale, situato appena sopra il centro paese San Leonardo (dotato di ogni necessità), comodamente raggiungibile come tutte le altre località Val Badia; vista spettacolare su monti circostanti, paese La Villa e la pista di coppa del mondo Gran Risa.
Dalla casa partono piacevoli sentieri trekking, attraverso i quali, volendo, si raggiungono facilmente i centri di La Villa prima, San Cassiano e Corvara poi; nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono gli impianti sciistici di Santa Croce, che offrono ampia disponibilità di parcheggio, biglietteria skipass e noleggio sci adiacenti alla partenza delle piste, risultate poco affollate anche l’alto periodo di Capodanno e dalle quali è possibile raggiungere, bene e velocemente, la zona Gran Risa, i comprensori Alta Badia e Sella-Ronda.
