The apartment Tannenbaum is situated in a quiet position near to the centre of La Villa, which is part of the beautiful region Alta Badia. In winter it is only a few minutes by foot away from the chairlift Gardenaccia, good starting point for the famous ski-slopes of the Sella Ronda (Dolomiti Superski). In summer it is an ideal starting point for numerous walks and hikes in the magnificent surrounding Dolomites. The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, private garden, private car garage, skiroom with skiboots-heater.

Perfect stay!

Very well-equipped, large apartment, ideal for families. The location was the best - a few steps from the slopes.

Excellent stay at Tannenbaum

We spent one week with a party of 6 adults in appartement Tannenbaum. The appartement has ample room for 6 (or even 7) persons and is equipped with all home comforts. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to the ski slopes (200 meters) and walk to the restaurants in the evening.

Perfect apartment

Tannenbaum is a perfect apartment. The beds were comfy, it was very clean, and 3 min walk from the piste. Stefania is an excellent host.

Very nice apartment

Great apartment. One of the best we tried in La Villa. There is enough room for a comfortable stay for six adults. Private parking spots and garage are always free for your car(s).The location is perfect - easy to walk to all ski activities in La Villa or to drive to other locations. Grocery store can be reached without the car in 5 minutes. Stefania is a very attentive person and always ready to help.

Great holiday

La Villa was a perfect location to reach the Sella Ronda without being in an expensive and busy main resort. The accommodation was perfect for 5 adults, but in my opinion would be too small for 7 adults. I think the third bedroom was designed for children. Stefania was extremely helpful and everything was clean and working. I would be happy to stay there again.
