Ciasa Vilin are two cosy houses situated in the sunny and tranquil locality Costadedoi of San Cassiano in Badia.
The houses offer apartments of various dimensions, which can accommodate from 2 to 7 guests.
Depending on the apartment location, you can enjoy an access to the garden, a terrace or a balcony with marvellous views of the surrounding Dolomitic scenery. Each house is equipped with a ski storage with skiboots dryer.
In winter the house offers upon request the service of fresh bread delivery every morning. Piz Sorega cable car (Alta Badia, Sellaronda, Dolomiti Superski) is 1.6 km away from the houses and in winter is easily reachable by a free skibus shuttle which stops at only 50 m from Ciasa Vilin & Ruances.
In summer numerous hiking paths and bike/MTB itineraries will take you right from the house doors to the discovery of the magnificent Alpine nature in the nearby Nature Parks Fanes-Sennes-Prags and Puez-Geissler or to the renowned Sellaronda passes.

We had a great time

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with meticulous attention to detail. Fresh bread always awaited us in the morning, hanging on the door. The hostess is friendly, kind, and helpful. We've been frequenting these beautiful places for 30 years, both summer and winter. We'll gladly return, and our children will surely follow suit. Please note that, unlike this property, not all the apartments we contacted responded to our request, either negative or positive.

Peace and relaxation

A relaxing and quiet place despite being surrounded by other houses, the front lawn with a children's playground is wonderful. The two connecting apartments are ideal for a vacation with friends and young children. The owner is truly kind and attentive, always ready to offer suggestions for excursions or shopping. San Cassiano is easily reached via a lovely walk through the fields and past cows.

Excellent apartment

Apartment equipped with all comforts, very clean and spacious. The managers are very friendly and attentive and the shuttle service to the ski lifts is perfect! I really hope to be able to return next year!

Excellent accommodation

We just spent a week in San Cassiano and despite the very little snow and the not-so-great weather, we managed to ski on the magnificently snow-covered slopes. We had a great time in this accommodation. There's plenty of space for a group of five, the rooms are welcoming, the living area is spacious, and the view, if you're lucky enough to have a nice sunny day, offers a 360-degree view from Piz la Ila to the more distant town of Badia. We recommend it if you want to feel almost at home.

Very positive experience

My wife and I stayed in apartment 7 at Ciasa Vilin from December 31, 2016, to January 7, 2017. My wife's cousin and her husband also stayed in apartment 9 at the same time. We had a wonderful time. Besides highlighting Lidia's friendliness and helpfulness, I also found the location to be excellent: quiet yet close to the center of San Cassiano and with a public transportation stop right outside. The apartment was well-maintained and meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail.

Relaxing holiday surrounded by the silence and beauty of nature

The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from the center of San Cassiano in a very quiet and peaceful area. The owner is very discreet, kind and helpful. Ideal for a family of four/five people.

Great stay

Excellent hospitality and helpfulness. The apartment, for two people, has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The owners were very kind and helpful. The ski shuttle service to the slopes is very efficient and allows for a comfortable and convenient arrival and departure. It was a truly pleasant and relaxing holiday. Recommended to everyone.
