Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful time; Mrs. Martina was very kind and helpful. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom was recently renovated and the kitchen is fully equipped. The property is in a quiet and sunny location; it enjoys beautiful scenery and is away from traffic, yet only a 5-minute walk from the center. I hope to return! Thank you.

Comfort and spaciousness of space

A spacious apartment that can comfortably accommodate four adults and three children. We appreciated the two bathrooms, the sinks in the bedrooms, and the spacious kitchen. In the winter, the ski slopes are less than a two-minute walk away! Mrs. Martina is also a wonderful host.

The perfect mix of relaxation and comfort

The apartment is conveniently located within the town, a 5-minute walk from the center, yet in a quiet area surrounded by green meadows. The interior is very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. There are five rooms with a terrace. A truly pleasant stay.

A special holiday

I stayed with my family for two weeks in an apartment at Villa Erica and had a great time. The apartment is spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Spacious bedrooms, a kitchen with a large refrigerator and dishwasher, and a living room with a sofa and bed, plus a corner table perfect for playing board games in the evenings. The location is perfect for taking beautiful walks in this wonderful valley. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Optimal

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, definitely suitable for large groups and families with children. It's in a very convenient location, both for the slopes and lifts, and for walking into town. The owner is kind and helpful. We've stayed in this house several times and hope to return.

New Year’s Eve with friends

We had a great time. Martina was very kind, both before and after our arrival. The house was spotless and tidy, everything comfortable and well-maintained. The kitchen was new, and there was enough space for 8 people, but 6 would definitely be more comfortable. The veranda and ski storage room were perfect for when there's snow. The property is in a quiet location, offering beautiful scenery, away from traffic but a 5-minute walk from the town center, where there are bars and a supermarket. Highly recommended.

Optimal!

We stayed in this apartment in March, three of us plus a cat and a dog. The owner was very accommodating, even with our furry friends. The apartment was quite large for us, but it was the only one available. We had a wonderful time! It's meticulously designed, clean, and well-equipped, including bathroom and kitchen linens. In addition to the two extremely spacious bedrooms, there's a large living room with a nice TV where you can eat dinner or simply relax on the sofa. The large kitchen is separate. The location is excellent, the ski slopes are about 200 meters away. We'll definitely be back!

Very spacious and clean, only 200m from the slopes

We were 11 people and a dog. The Villa Erica apartments are very spacious and clean. The house is only 200m from the slopes and 500m from the center of Badia. SUPER... Thanks Martina!
