Perfect!

Very nice and functional apartment, well furnished, 5* bathrooms, total comfort. Very convenient location just steps (very close!) from the pedestrian center of Dobbiaco, with shops, grocery stores, and a couple of restaurants all within walking distance, a delicious bakery 30 meters away, and the bus stop right in front of the house. Very kind and helpful host from the first contact. We must return!

Super comfortable apartment

I spent the long weekend of the Immaculate Conception with my family, in a spacious, elegant, well-furnished apartment with all the comforts. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful location in a quiet area, just steps from the center of Dobbiaco. The covered parking space and garage are very useful, especially in the winter. We will definitely be back, highly recommended.

Holidays in paradise

The photos say a lot, but actually living in this apartment was even more. Lots of technology, but with a sense of domestic warmth throughout. A refined home with plenty of practicality. A terrace with a breathtaking view and priceless convenience to the center. All shops are within walking distance. Excellent garage and covered parking space. The host is super kind and attentive. We hope to return for a winter review.

Returned to Dobbiaco after ten years. The apartment is in a truly functional location. The furnishings are also beautiful. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Lorenzo, the owner, is truly kind and helpful. He will make you feel at home and provide you with all the necessary information, including a "Guest Card" for complete freedom on public transportation. If I were to return to Dobbiaco, I would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Arrived in Heaven

Upon arrival, you immediately notice the quality of the property: a modern design, boasting Casa Clima certification. Private covered parking is available on the street, along with another in the private garage. But the highlight arrives as soon as you open the front door. The apartment is tastefully furnished in a modern style, with parquet flooring that instantly warms the space. The highlight, however, is the terrace with its breathtaking mountain views—a picture-perfect picture that will stay with you forever. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully finished, and the kitchen is very functional and fully equipped. A special mention goes to Lorenzo, the extremely friendly host, who makes sure guests feel at home from the very beginning of their stay... Well, Lorenzo, you've succeeded with us! We'll definitely be back!

Superlative apartment

Lorenzo, the owner, was extremely kind and perfect in every way. The apartment was superb, exceptional: maximum comfort, CasaClima A, and a very central location. Every amenity was present. Highly recommended apartment and owner.

Elegant, modern and quiet

Beautiful new apartment a stone's throw from the Church of Dobbiaco (BZ). Brand new, top floor, spacious terrace with spectacular views. Elegant and modern interior, stocked with everything (from linens to products for the kitchen and for the two bathrooms). Quiet area, easy access to the ski slopes by bus or car (two parking spaces, one of which is covered). The host is very kind and attentive. When we return to Val Pusteria we will definitely book this splendid apartment.
