This is our second time staying at this wonderful place, and we had a wonderful time once again. We can only thank Karin and her family for their attention and kindness. The property is a convenient base for exploring the Puster Valley.

Spacious and very comfortable apartment, strategically located for reaching Lake Braies, even on foot through the woods. The Durnwalder family is helpful, always smiling, and ready to offer advice on places to see. This year too, they were exceptional in making us feel right at home!

Appartamento spazioso e molto comodo, in posizione strategica per raggiungere il Lago di Braies anche a piedi attraverso il bosco. This is our second time here, and as always, Mrs. Karin welcomes us with great hospitality and helpfulness. Our stay is always wonderful. The apartment is fully equipped, clean, bright, and spacious. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning and find fresh milk and colorful eggs on your doorstep. The location is excellent, just steps from Lake Braies and so many wonderful places to see. We'll definitely be back!

È la seconda volta che veniamo e, come sempre, la signora Karin ci accoglie con grande ospitalità e disponibilità. Il soggiorno è sempre meraviglioso. L’appartamento è fornito di tutto, pulito, luminoso e spazioso. È fantastico svegliarsi la mattina e trovare il latte fresco e le uova colorate davanti alla porta. La posizione è molto strategica, a due passi dal lago di Braies e da tanti luoghi meravigliosi da vedere. Ritorneremo di sicuro!

Returning to Braies to this property is a guarantee. As always, we were welcomed by Karin and Claudia, who pampered and spoiled us throughout the weekend. The apartment is delightful, comfortable, warm, and very functional. We had a wonderful time and will return soon.

My sister and brother-in-law had a wonderful stay at this farmhouse, where we truly felt at home. We were welcomed by the kindness, helpfulness, and friendliness of Mrs. Karin and her family, who also gave us helpful tips for excursions. The apartment was perfect, with two bedrooms, spacious, clean, fully equipped, and a great price. Every morning, fresh milk arrived at our door, and eggs from the chickens were also available upon request! The location is truly strategic, with convenient on-site parking, close to the many wonderful sights in the area. Lake Braies is 2 km away, and can also be reached on foot through the woods: spectacular! We will definitely return at other times.

Soggiorno meraviglioso con mia sorella e mio cognato in questo agriturismo dove ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa, accolti dalla gentilezza, disponibilità e simpatia della signora Karin e dai suoi famigliari che ci hanno anche dato utili consigli per le escursioni da fare. Appartamento perfetto, dotato di due camere, spazioso, pulito, attrezzato di tutto e con un prezzo ottimo. Tutte le mattine trovavamo davanti alla porta il latte appena munto e quando lo desideravamo anche le uova delle galline! La posizione è davvero strategica, con parcheggio interno comodissimo, vicino ai tanti luoghi meravigliosi della zona. Lago di Braies a 2 km. raggiungibile anche a piedi attraverso il bosco: spettacolare! Sicuramente ci torneremo anche in altri periodi.

A very large, spotlessly clean, and charming apartment. What really makes the difference, however, is the warm welcome from Karin and her family, who pampered us throughout the holiday with fresh milk and home-made eggs, as well as with conversation, laughter, and cooking tips and more. The apartment's location allows you to reach Lake Braies on foot with a comfortable walk through the woods... I'm already thinking about my next vacation...

Appartamento molto grande pulitissimo e molto carino. Quello che fa la differenza però è la calda accoglienza di Karin e famiglia che per tutta la vacanza ci ha coccolato con latte fresco e uova genuine oltre che con chiacchiere risate e consigli di cucina e non solo
La posizione dell’appartamento permette di raggiungere a piedi il lago di Braies con una comoda passeggiata nel bosco...
Già penso alla prossima vacanza...

We booked Karin's apartment through a friend, and she kindly offered me the larger one. We were greeted, not just warmly, but wonderfully. Karin has a way of welcoming you with simplicity and immediately makes you feel at ease. We always spend our holidays in the apartment; honestly, I've noticed a clean environment unlike any I've ever experienced. Every morning we found eggs and fresh milk—milk like I hadn't drunk as a kid, when my father went to the mountain huts on vacation to get it. I went up to the Alta Pusteria valley to see the Christmas markets and the beautiful Lake Braies, which is also within walking distance from the house. I was amazed when one day, while I was in Lienz, Austria, Karin called me to invite me to visit some shops. Her kindness is unparalleled. In all my years of holidaying in apartments, I've never encountered such a helpful person. Everything I write is written from the heart, without any agenda. I also met Karin's daughter Claudia, and she is as kind as her mother. Thank you!

Meraviglioso!
Abbiamo prenotato tramite un mio amico l’appartamento da Karin, lei stessa gentilmente mi ha offerto quello più ampio. Siamo stati ricevuti non bene ma benissimo, Karin riesce accoglierti con semplicità e ti mette subito a tuo agio. Le nostre vacanze le trascorriamo sempre in appartamento, sinceramente ho notato un ambiente pulito come pochi trovati fino ad ora. Ogni mattina abbiamo trovato uova e latte fresco, latte così che non bevevo da ragazzino, quando mio padre in ferie andava a prenderlo nelle malghe. Sono salito in Alta Pusteria, per vedere i mercatini di Natale e il bellissimo lago di Braies dove comunque dalla posizione della casa si arriva anche a piedi. Sono rimasto allibito quando un giorno, mentre mi trovavo a Lienz in Austria, Karin mi ha cercato telefonicamente, per invitarmi di andare a visitare dei negozi, la sua gentilezza è unica, mai ho trovato in tanti anni che trascorro vacanze in appartamenti una persona così disponibile, tutto ciò che scrivo lo scrivo con il cuore senza nessun fine. Inoltre ho conosciuto Claudia la figlia di Karin ed è gentile come la madre. Grazie!

We just returned from our vacation, but our hearts were in Braies. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and functional. Karin is the perfect host. She gave us great advice on both excursions and places to eat. We felt welcomed and pampered, and we had a wonderful week. We thank Karin again and hope to see you again soon.

Una vacanza con i fiocchi
Siamo appena rientrati dalla nostra vacanza ma abbiamo lasciato il cuore a Braies. Appartamento molto bello, grande, funzionale. Karin è una perfetta padrona di casa. Ci ha saputo consigliare sia per le escursioni che per i locali nei quali mangiare. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati e abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana.
