Farmhouse apartments Galler am Berg 

Perfect

Even when booking our accommodation, we had very friendly and accommodating contact with the Patzleiner family. This continued upon our arrival. We immediately fell in love with Rocky, the farm dog. And arriving at the apartment exceeded all our expectations. Very clean, very cozy, and with a breathtaking view of the Sexten Dolomites. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, a real treat from the farm shop. Günther's recommendation to visit the Sylvester Chapel was also a great excursion tip, which we gladly followed. The apartment offered everything one could need for a holiday. The kitchen knives were particularly noteworthy. We've never had such finely sharpened knives in any other holiday apartment. Slicing the local bacon was a real pleasure. In summary, Galler am Berg provided us with the perfect base camp for our stay and activities in the Dolomites. Accommodation just as you'd wish for, with exceptionally friendly hosts. We'd love to come back!

Like in family

Excellent location for experiencing the mountains in peace and quiet. The family who owns the property makes you feel at home. The apartments are very cute, spotlessly clean, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You can also taste their delicious home-made products!

Fantastic

We were welcomed warmly into this wonderful, peaceful farmhouse where it seems time has stood still. The owners Monika and Günther were always helpful and kind. My son has absolutely fallen in love with their cows and calves. Within a week, two new calves arrived, a thrill for both adults and children. The products are all exceptional, we were very happy to taste the eggs, milk and jams, all of excellent quality. Thank you, we'll be back soon!

Spectacular and relaxing

Returning to South Tyrol is always a wonderful experience! Thanks to the YesAlps service we found the Galler am Berg farm run by Monika and Günther, very kind and hospitable people. The farm is located above Versciaco and San Candido, an excellent starting point for numerous excursions, ranging throughout the area, from Brunico, Cortina and beyond, all the way to Austria. The farm is very suitable for children who can play freely in the spaces provided and with the animals. The view is spectacular! We'll definitely be back! Thank you Monika and Günther!

Farmhouse holiday

Relaxing holiday

Quiet place with breathtaking views of the mountains and green meadows. Chance to see the cows, calves and chickens... the kids were thrilled! The garden and the games available for children are also very beautiful. The apartment was very well-kept and clean, with everything you need and a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains. Fresh milk in the morning is also fantastic. The owners are very kind and always smiling... I recommend it and hope to be able to return soon!

An oasis of peace and beauty

Fantastic farm holiday with fantastic views and great experiences

We spent wonderful days in September/October 2019 at the Galler farm in the mountains with the Patzleiner family. The apartment is cozy and offers everything you need; the view from the balcony is breathtaking, so you don't really need any other excursions. Of course, we still did plenty of things and explored the area around the Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Three Peaks), Lake Prags (Pragser Wildsee), and small villages, to name just a few. Fresh bread rolls were delivered to our door every day, even when we forgot to order them once. Homemade jams and syrups are among the farm's delicacies, as is freshly drawn milk, which we were allowed to watch in the barn and get a glimpse into the work involved. It was a wonderful holiday that went by far too quickly, so we will definitely come back as soon as we have the time. We're looking forward to it!

Pure relaxation!

We felt very comfortable on this idyllic and peaceful farm from the very beginning. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking! Our daughter was very familiar with the animals on the farm, especially the dogs. We were given a very detailed insight into the barn work and the various tasks throughout the year and were impressed by the owners' great dedication. The friendly ladies of the house spoiled us with an excellent breakfast featuring fresh, regional products and homemade delicacies! Perfect for those seeking relaxation! If at all possible, we will definitely spend another wonderful holiday here.

Gorgeous…literally, one step away from heaven!

A charming farmhouse nestled in the lush green meadows overlooking Versciaco. Owners Monika and Ghunter are incredibly kind and made us feel welcome right away, allowing us to experience life on a mountain farm. The apartment is immaculately clean, meticulously furnished, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. In the morning, we enjoyed fresh bread and fresh milk right on our doorstep—one of the many things that made our vacation even more wonderful! The opportunity for our children (and us!) to interact with the farm animals was priceless: petting the kittens, cuddling the sweet Laila, watching the cows come down to pasture, the evening milking, and the little calf Gina still nursing from her bottle! We recommend a vacation in this enchanting corner of South Tyrol, where you wake up every morning and the first thing you see are the soaring peaks of the Dolomites, a breathtaking landscape that truly makes you feel "one step away from heaven"!
