Great location for a hiking holiday

Maria and Melanie's warmth and friendliness immediately made us feel at home. The Kinigerhof is in a fantastic location for hiking or tackling via ferrata routes. The village has a supermarket and a wonderful pizzeria where we treated ourselves every evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would love to return.

Relax and authenticity

A quiet and authentic place. The property is family-run and maintains the authentic character of South Tyrol. Untouched by mass tourism, it retains a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The owners are discreet but always available if needed.

To be done again!

We stayed in the Rosa Alpina room during the last week of August, perfect for a family of two parents and two small children. The apartment was equipped with every comfort, including a kitchenette. The play area available to guests was lovely, with a wooden house, swing, and trampoline. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' drive from the most popular attractions, with parking available. The owners were incredibly friendly. Definitely worth repeating!

South Tyrol

I have to admit that these apartments are truly ideal in terms of space, cleanliness, and kitchen equipment! We had a wonderful time and the owners were very friendly, we are already thinking of returning next year!

Very nice days in Winnebach and the surrounding area

The holiday apartment in the Kinigerhof was very well equipped with a small, very good kitchen, a large balcony, and a comfortable double bed for two people. The friendly landlords (4 generations) not only welcomed us warmly, but also encouraged us with tips and support to undertake very beautiful but also strenuous hikes. We were surprised by our own performance. In the village itself there is a small supermarket that stocks the entire product range.

A holiday with a feeling of security

We were looking for peace and quiet, and we found it, yet the hustle and bustle was only 6 km away and easily accessible at any time. Furthermore, a bike rental shop and a bike path to Lienz were just a few minutes from the apartment. Reaching the Helmberg cable car is simply fantastic! The friendliness and helpfulness of the Patzleiner family was outstanding, and we felt very comfortable.

Relax tra le Dolomiti

A place to relax in the Dolomiti in a quiet position with a view of the Austrian valley. Personal cordiale, available and very accommodating. The apartment is very comfortable for each person: a camera, a bagno and an abitable kitchen with a beautiful balcony with a beautiful view and is possible to have a pranza/cenare. Siamo stati molto bene! Unico piccolo appunto: the mobilio dell'appartamento secondo me potrebbe essere a po' rimodernato.

Excellent service

Very clean and welcoming, I found it very peaceful. The atmosphere was comfortable even in bad weather, and the family was really nice. Everything was fine. The location is also strategic, close to the border and the main services and attractions. Thank you all.

Spectacular

We stayed the first week of September, in a beautiful location with a picture-perfect mountain view. The hospitality, location, cleanliness, friendliness, helpfulness, and friendliness of the entire family are the strong points of this farm. A heartfelt thank you because even in a difficult moment, they didn't hesitate to help and support us. Highly recommended and worth repeating.

In contact with the clouds

Enchanting location overlooking the valley below. Comfortable and clean apartment. Equipment available. A few kilometers from the Versciaco facilities and convenient for reaching all the main towns and starting points for excursions both in Italy and in nearby Austria.
