The house Apartments Sulzenbacher in Versciaco - San Candido offers holidays in a friendly family atmosphere.
The house is situated in the quiet and sunny Versciaco (hamlet of San Candido). Guests are offered three apartments for their holidays which are furnished in the best possible way for 2 to 4 people.
You can reach San Candido by car in 5 minutes (3 km away), or with the city bus (bus stop about 200 meters from the house). The state border with East Tyrol (Austria) is about 5 km from the house.
In the immediate vicinity of the house (about 50 meters) you will find the famous bike path from San Candido to Lienz (Austria), which is about 40 km far, while in about 15 minutes you can reach San Candido by bike (bike rental in the house!). The large garden with children’s playground is at your disposal for your relax. A more extensive public playground for children is located about 1 km away, in the Blumaue area. Directly from the house you can set off for walks and excursions.
In 200 m you can find the ski run leading to the valley station of the Helm cable car. No trouble then to search for parking: you can leave your car parked in the private space. Skiers and snowboarders find an eldorado in the ski resort of Mount Elmo at more than 2000 m of altitude: many lifts and slopes of all levels of difficulty. A cross-country skiing slope, perfectly prepared, allows connection with the branched network of the slopes of Alta Pusteria.
