The house is located in the village of Molina di Ledro about 800 meters walk from the lake, the apartment located on the second floor, is furnished in a modern style and with attention to the smallest details. It consists of a living area with a comfortable sofa, TV, extendable table and a spacious kitchen equipped with every comfort: induction hob, electric oven, coffee machine, fridge / freezer and various appliances.
It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded room, both with large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bright bathroom has a shower and washing machine with internal drying rack, convenient for the rare rainy days. In the large garden you can find table and chairs as well as comfortable sun loungers, there is also the Barbecue corner.
Within a radius of 200 meters, you can find shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, and the start of the cycle path, the lake and the beaches can be reached on foot through a comfortable traffic-free promenade that winds through the center of the characteristic Borgo di Molina in 10 / 15 minutes.
