Altoggio is a small village of the municipality of Montecrestese, once the most inhabited of this small community and which today has 90 inhabitants. It is the highest hamlet of the municipality and is located on a plateau at 750m above sea level. It is an ancient village, where the rhythms are still slow and life flows with the passing of the seasons.
