Chalet Grand Soleil

A typical stone and wood house that has been renovated respecting the original structure, but with particular attention to energy saving.

The building has two floors: on the ground floor is the living area with direct access to the furnished terrace and the private, fenced-in lawn. On the first floor there are the bedrooms: a very large double room with wardrobe, chest of drawers and corner with work table, one with two single beds that can be joined; from this there is access to a third attic room with two more beds. It has two bathrooms, a bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor and a second bathroom with shower and washing machine on the first floor.

The house has a large panoramic balcony, private garage and Wi-Fi connection. The heating is autonomous with radiators and a gas boiler that can be remotely controlled via SMS.

The location is excellent, the house is in full sunshine all year round and enjoys spectacular panoramic views. In the village a few metres away you will find shops, bars and restaurants. The ski lifts are two kilometres away with a free shuttle service during the holidays.

Chalet Grand Soleil is located within the Mont Avic Regional Park; the visitor centre organises guided tours for adults and children and initiatives to learn about the park’s environment and its fauna and flora.
