The 60 square metre flat is rented out for short periods. It is located in Quart, a village at 1100 metres above sea level.

We are twelve kilometres from the supermarkets, ten kilometres from the main services and 14 kilometres from Aosta. In about 20 minutes you can reach Saint Barthelemy with its Nordic ski slopes and observatory. From our accommodation you can easily reach various places of interest in a short time.

The flat consists of a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven, TV corner with sofa (no sofa bed), bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, balcony with mountain view. It therefore offers space for four people.
Outside there is a communal garden where you can relax. WI-FI is available. The hotel has a free car park in front of the house. It is possible to bring a pet on request and at an additional cost. It is not possible to leave the pet alone in the flat and lift it onto the beds.

Smoking and the organisation of parties is not permitted in the flat. We kindly ask you to rest at night from 10.00 pm to 6.30 am. Bed linen and a towel set are included in the price. There is a charge of 25 euros for cleaning costs and tourist tax.
